Hi everyone! This campaign had a lot less guests on than Bahumia did. Was this on purpose? I thought it was really interesting that we saw more PCs in Eldermourne than Bahumia but less guests. Anyway you guys continue to make great stories and I loved this campaign and the third mates and the Endo friendos and the Hex buds (and of course the best character of all, Bigby’s hand) Love from Buffalo!

The early Eldermourne episodes felt like they were setting up a slower paced monster-of-the-week theme for the campaign, and it sounded like the length would be 50-60 episodes. However, after the first arc, the story shifted to following a single mission that only lasted another 25 episodes. Was this always the plan, or did something change mid-season that favored a shorter, more concise tale?

His story-telling abilities seemingly know no bounds and the ways he uses the mechanics of d&d to justify and ground the story/world is so impressive! To Murph and Jake, the echo knight class has a lot of flavor in terms of dealing with incarnations of other realities. In the beginning of the campaign, you said you re-flavored it, so I assumed that you were ditching the critical-role type lore of the subclass. Later when it was revealed that incarnations and past lives were involved, it was really similar to the echo knight's original flavor. Murph, did you draw inspiration from the subclass's initial lore? And Jake, did you ever think Murph would stick to the source material, or did you accept that it was just a "curse" from early on?

I have the feeling that Eldermourne was less action-oriented then C1, less fights, more roleplay and story development (nothing wrong with it). C1 felt more like a regular DnD game: every episode had some exploration, some fights, some roleplay. Did you have the same impression? If so: was it a choice, a consequence of a shorter campaign, or did it happen naturally?

It looks like I didn’t make the question cutoff, but I’d really like to hear more of a postscript on Hank and Hank Jr. It was an entertaining and emotionally grabbing relationship, and I’m sad to not have seen more about their reconnection. It really seemed like it had gone from a background element of Jake’s character that framed him in the light of making choices that were less-than-courageous, to an element that Hank was quite invested in. It feels like a redemption arc that never quite finished. I was glad to see Hank Jr. coming to be on the ship at the end, but I was hoping for an interaction, or at least a little more about how that reconnection happened.
