Huh, I dunno... that particular use of wall of force seems like it might technically follow the rules, but ignores the spirit of the spell. A wall of force made at my ankles suddenly making me flat on the ground feels pretty different to a wall in my square shoving me to one side of it, right? Can't write every spell in complex legal language, I guess.

So I listened to this episode when it first came out, and it wasn't until one of my players pointed out to me that the DM that wanted Jerry to die, was actually me... It was over a year ago and although I was out to get Jerry because every time we went to a new town they would go look for foreclosed buildings to buy up and remodel into their restaurants. But in all things Dice Christ had the final word and Jerry was saved. Although that campaign has been finished and new one has begun I will be sure to bring back Jerry and make my players take employment with him.
