I loved this episode, love the splash this new game is making across the nation. But I will for real be SO mad if this goes down as anything other than a decisive Murph victory because I am a littleeeee too similar to Murph and believe that the rules are there for a reason and that reason is to keep the playing ground even and make sure everyone has fun!!

I play quite a few ttrpgs but not DnD 5e, nothing I play involves spell components so this is extremely fun to listen to and make wild guesses on. (And also, if Emily does not have the Herbalist's Primer she absolutely needs it! It's a beautifully made and researched guide to real world plants, their real world uses and also their fantasy magic uses! There's a gemstone book from the same author coming out soon as well)

"Spell Check" is my favorite game to play while I wait for my DM or Players to get ready. Or during down time. As a player from a campaign where only I used components I got good at describing how the reagents are used and obtained. But very fun game. I think Jake deserved 1 more points tho
