As a Spaniard I'd rather say "Rose, guapa, ¿cómo es que no nos cambia de vuelta si la goma ya se está despegando?" which translates to "Rose, cutie [female], how come it doesn't change us back if the rubber is peeling off?". Otherwise it isn't that bad, except for "precioso" which is written in masculine form whereas Rose usually implies a woman (though with your characters you never know :P)
