Target Practice (Patreon)

Hello everyone. Sunday again. For today I prepared an animation.

I set up this scene to configure fluid simulation but I decided to turn it into its own thing, as I've been wanting to create a scene like this for quite some time. The title is quite descriptive. I made a few renders for a scene like this(facial), but this one is a proper animation.

The fluid simulation is still not perfect, but at least viscosity is working well. Blender's fluid simulation tends to "explode" when animations use viscosity but I managed to get it to work. I also wanted to try this with even higher viscosity, but it takes several hours to simulate the fluid you see here(it uses the CPU). In the first render for this scene I incorrectly inserted 0.02 instead of the 0.2 I wanted, so the fluid looked more like water. I still have that video file so I'll post it here later as an extra.

This animation also has sound. I highly recommend watching it with sound. In my opinion it's quite immersive.
