Hello everyone! It's Sunday again. Today I bring you Sadako Yamamura from Ringu. She's that yōkai woman that comes out of the TV. I really liked how this animation turned out. There are several videos, from smaller loops to the full animation.

I wasn't planning to make Sadako. I'm working on a new Marie Rose animation but it's not ready yet so I started a different animation for today. Initially, I was going to make a succubus. While working on the succubus I realized I almost always make them red-skinned, so I went a different direction. I gave her pale porcelain skin instead.

She slowly started to look Japanese. That's when I had the idea to make Sadako instead. So, I went ahead and made her. I made this animation inspired by the fact she's associated with video tapes.

At first I wasn't planning to spend a lot of time on this animation, but it ended up being a lot more complex than I initially planned. It took me several days to complete it. It's now one of my favorite works.

The animation itself consists of Sadako teasing you and providing some "instructions", kind of breaking the fourth wall.

Fair :3... out of curiosity, do you find this creepy and perhaps unsettling to watch, or is it just like nah not my type or something like that? Personally I don't know why but I find this video extremely hot. At the same time it's also almost like a tape with a yokai actually teasing you. Depending on how you look at it, it can be pretty creepy. I think the fact my pervertedness overrides my notion of how unsettling it can be is what makes it so appealing to me.
