Sparkle muffins - what a great name. Definitely caught my attention and curiosity 😆.

"A classic internet cringe moment" XD

The higher the concentration of salt, the lower the freezing point drops so I think they would want a higher salinity so the water freezes at a lower temperature

Zedicus

The national animal of Scotland is actually a unicorn so I wonder if that's why that place had it? 2 eps (and a bonus) in and this is my fav podcast fr <3

Tallywags

I was not expecting to see a cute little sparkle muffin doing the YMCA, but I am so happy I did. Also, the edit of tiny Connor jumping onto the 30 story building was a nice touch lol. Loved the first episodes, keep them coming!

Just a note for the YT release maybe - there's no picture at ~14:38 unless I missed it being added before.

Lots of birds have leaking behavior, like prairie chickens and wild turkeys. They're pretty easy to observe in some areas but some species are easily spooked and the lek might scatter when they notice people. We have wild turkeys all over my city and the males here don't seem to care if a bunch of people are walking by their groups.

Maya, you already have your dream job, pretty much every day you engage in macro cinematography, every time you take a selfie.

I’ve seen tarantulas doing the same tapping motion for mating purposes.. I’m sure rumblerumps are specific to sparklemuffins but I’m gonna call it rumblerumps for other spiders too from now on :3

Lekking behaviour, happens with theses animals Greater Sage Grouse, Prairie Chicken, Hermit Hummingbird & Peacocks. So it’s happens with many birds.

Sean

I learned about Greater Sage Grouse lekking during my ornithology course in my undergrad—all the males just go out into a field to strut around and show off to females. Only two-ish males in a given lek actually successfully mate each year.
