Although I have some pretty powerful Commander decks, I've never really played CEDH per se. Have you played much? Would you recommend it?

😂 Long long time ago, commander still feels like a fun format, and the CEDH did take that part away for me...but I did like it when my focus wasn't on winning, but instead on using decks that could't compete, because that seemed to rattle opponents 😅

Just depends on what you enjoy. I personally really enjoy playing Stompy decks and brewing weird brews and CEDH doesn't really let me do either of those things, but there was a time in my life when CEDH was exactly what I wanted and I know people from back in those days who still play CEDH to this day.

I used to wish I was wealthy enough and/or have the expensive cards needed to play cedh. Then I got a printer that could proxy well enough, and I now wonder why I felt the way I did. I don't enjoy having to be so ridged in my deck making. There is no room for imagination, and for a Vorthos like me, it is intolerable.
