What's your preferred process for sleeving up a deck? These days I always double sleeve, which makes your deck extra slippery because of all the air that needs to be squeezed out from the cards. I then have to do a lot shuffling to get the deck worn in and ready to play. It sure is a lot of work being a Magic player!

I find the best way to get that air out is to squeeze it into the deck box and wait. A few days

Use Dragon Shields, then press on the deck from the top to squeeze the air out.

The first deck I've ever built was sleeved with penny sleeves. Now, those were slippery!

I always make sure to get Dragon Shield sleeves that are textured on the back. My favs are the Halloween series.

I've only double-sleeved a single deck (my foiled-out Prosper, Tome-Bound Commander deck), and it was A Process. In most situations use (purple) KMC Hyper-Mats, squeeze the air out of them, and then cram them in a deck box with like a million different kinds of token so they flatten out without even needing to play them.
