New Commander Deck (Patreon)

This comic reminds me that it's been almost a year since I've built my last Commander deck. One deck I've been thinking about making for a while is a Gwendlyn Di Corsi deck with lots of Tims (and untap effects). Another deck I've been thinking about is Ms. Bumbleflower, but looking now, I didn't realize how popular of a commander she is! So this makes me less interested in actually building a deck around her. Any there any commanders you've been itching to make a deck with?

Moving my Pride of the Hullclade from Arena to paper is what I'm currently working on, but next, I want to create an Iroh, Tea Master Deck. The idea is to play all the Knight of White Orchard effects, donating lands to my opponents, then killing with cards like Price of Progress.

I have Ms. Bumbleflower that I built based off of Spice8Rack's and I think it is one of THE most fun decks to play, and my playgroup loves to play against it.

I'm working on Dark Lorehold with the Precon as a basis and Tormod + Bruise Tarl as Commanders. And I'm looking forward to making a Baron Helmut Zemo Deck once the card is out.

Been buying pieces here and there for a Slimefoot and Squee reanimator list with Ardyn as a hidden commander. It’s full of loot effects and a bunch of ways to directly tutor Ardyn into the yard, or other reanimator targets if he’s already in rotation. I got the idea for it after watching a couple MTGGoldfish videos of Ardyn reanimator in standard with one revolving around using Ardyn to revive Giant Cactuar and swing for lethal/+10k life, and this is basically that ported into commander.

Baron looks interesting. Would there be an ultimate payoff with your Baron deck or would it just be using Baron for value?

Probably just value. I'll likely stuff it with black mana pips, devotion and chroma plus a bit of self-milling. I've been wondering if I can find a good home for Umbra Stalker since it came out.
