As far as I know, WotC hasn't exactly confirmed this yet, but I'm not hopeful. So I drew this comic, but I might wait to post this publicly until we have a better idea of the availability of Mystical Archives on Arena.

They confirmed that there will be 1 per store booster, replacing a common. The ones banned in Historic won't drop in store boosters.

Well, but the actual cards are marked uncommon, rare, or mythic, so I would assume they're craftable with the equivalent wild card?

That's what I would assume too. The problem is that these are all marked as rares, so it's going to take a lot of wild cards to get all these cards!

Ah, I see the joke now. I mistook the punchline to mean something like "all the archive cards will require rare wildcards on Arena," like they'd reverted to the "old rares cost two wildcards to craft" policy from just before the first Arena rotation.
