Volume 9, Artist Edition (with edit) (Patreon)
Content
Sorry for the lack of new comics lately. I've been hard at work trying to get my newest book typeset and ready for publication. I just got the proofs yesterday, and it looks good. So it should be available for purchase soon. Here is a first look at the finished book:
Also, here's a short video of me flipping through the book:

It's 142 pages long and features 16 comics that I haven't posted on my website or social media before. I'm pretty sure most of these comics have appeared here on my Patreon (with the exception of the title page), so there will be less surprises for you die hard fans. Just wanted to make that clear!
In addition, I'm going to try offering something I've never tried before: Artist Editions! These will be a special print run with a blank page near the front of the book where I will put a hand-drawn Cardboard Crack doodle and signature. These will be available as a new tier I'm adding to Patreon. Since I'm not sure how much time it will take me to make these, I'm starting small. There are only 20 available this month for US shipping and 10 available this month for non-US shipping. This will allow me to gauge how much work it takes to make these sketches and ship out the books so I can adjust the numbers each month in the future. Also, I apologize that the international shipping is so much more expensive! I've also been doing a lot of research over the last week on different shipping options, and I simply couldn't get the price lower than what you see now.
Anyway, that's my announcement. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments. I hope you enjoy this new book, and I'll be sure to let you know when the non-artist editions are available for purchase as well.
Edit: Wanted to answer a couple of questions I've gotten about this. If you buy the artist edition tier, feel free to send me a message and request a sketch on a certain topic (like your favorite format or your favorite card--something simple like that). I can't promise your sketch will be on this, but I'll do my best. I'm also happy to include your name in the sketch if you like. Another common question is how long I plan to offer these. If you don't get an artist edition this month, I plan to keep doing these until I get burned out on it or you guys don't want them anymore. Finally, I'm giving patrons first crack at these artist editions, but I will advertise more widely this coming week. Let me know if you have any more questions!
