36 plus utility lands that don't provide mana. So, 40

I've seen Cedh go as low as 28 though. Depends how greedy the average CMC is.

I like about 34-37 plus artifact sources, depending on my average cmc

Yeah, my default is usually around 36 lands, which is probably taking advantage of people being too nice about mulligans in Commander!
