So what do you think? Are these compleations permanent, or is there going to be some shit like Teferi going back in time and reversing everything?

I think they will kill off some characters (hoping for Jace as the big shock.) Buy they are gonna go back and save a lot of them. Ajani is the mascot for the extra lives charity and I don't see them killing him off.

I don't think they will kill all these characters. I hope they are more creative than pulling off that time travel stuff again...

There isn't really a satisfying answer to this. Their deaths have felt pretty cheap/meaningless thus far, so if it's permanent that feels bad. But if you copy the plot of Endgame that feels really cheap. Lose-Lose.

I think they will invent a new substance that can biodegrade Phyrexian oil and send it through the world tree and cure the infection across the multiverse.

Or, they can have Elspeth come back as a living weapon with the power of the sylex, then borrow the ending from the Resident Evil movies, and have her inject an anti-Phyrexisn energy into the multiverse that will burn away (kill) anything ever touched by Phyrexian oil.
