I wish March of the Machine just focused on the big war, but didn't provide any conclusions. This would have built the tension a little more. Instead, it feels like the story is concluding too fast.

The professor amde a thread talking about this I couldn't agree more, but it is what it is we need to move to the next money thing. And the aftermath is just a new intent to cash grab us instead of giving us deept in the history and lore.
