Whelps, several ways this could play out. 1) Stripperella is stripped off all the weight she gained and it's given to all her housemates. --- Unlikely, as people want fat Stripperella not thin Stripperella . 2) The amount of weight Joy illegally helped Stripperella put on, the other housemates gain an equal amount to even things up. 3) Joy is "blob"ified and Stripperella has to feed/take care of her until the end of the season while the other housemates get to stuff themselves and compete for more Calorie Baskets. But that's just what I came up off the top of my head, I'm sure the Executive Producers of the show have something appropriate lined up that is even more devious and blubbery than what I've thought of.
