After being studied (coming soon!), Fen was placed in a room for long term storage. But to ensure he doesn't get bored they gave him a magic wand that was strategically tied to a spreader bar so that it would vibrate firmly on his exposed ball sack!

That flat chastity cage must feel awfully tight.

The vibrator would only be set to low so that the fun isn't done too quickly. To prevent him from pulling the plug if the teasing gets to be too much, he was warned there will be consequences if it was found to be unplugged next time he's checked up on.

Hopefully he enjoys his time in the pitch-black room with nothing but his own muffled whines and the slow vibrations of the wand!
