Going into the ‘THE WAR’ we had no idea what to expect but we ended up being very pleasantly surprised by another great collection of songs from the vocal kings.

Thank you guys for this reaction I loved it😆😆 This was such a hard decision but my top three would be: 1. Touch it 2. Walk on memories 3. Going Crazy

51:02 HELPPP 💀 anyways, thank you so much for the reaction! I'm glad you guys re-upload it. I was confused why the video wouldn't play after 37 minutes. but aside from that, my top 3 songs are Going Crazy, Forever and Chill. I really don't remember why it's called The War. I'll take a guess and say it has something to do with their lore. If you remember the Ko Ko Bop MV, it is part of the storyline where the Red Force caught them. I can't go into further detail or else my comment will be way too long, but there should be a video that explains this part of the story. I do recommend taking a bit of your time to watch it. As for Lay: The reason why his case is vastly different than other Chinese Kpop idols is because he is the Youth Ambassador in the Communist Youth League in China. With the political tensions between South Korea and China at the time, promoting with EXO would have costed him his career as he is insanely popular in China. Things have eased up a bit and Lay slowly came back to EXO when he kinda participated in DMUMT in 2018 and for their Special Album DFTF in 2021, where he actually participated in all of the songs. He didn't renew his contract with SM but he is still a part of EXO. He recently released an album and went to Korea for promotions and then later came back for two concert stops (he's currently on a world tour). I hope this helps answer your questions!

This is my favorite EXO album, I own the repackaged version (The Power of Music). Top three b-sides on the regular version are probably Forever, What U Do? and The Eve. I also really like all of the added tracks like Sweet Lies and Boomerang.

Yes, there are live performances of What You Do, Walk on Memories, going crazy and Boomerang. You guys need to react to EXO's full concerts.

Since baekhyun was number 100 and number 1 was someone who CAN NOT sing a proper high-note , i knew that list supposed to be read upside down

W

I don't dare to chose a top 3, but I dare to say that going crazy is the top 1.

W

CHANYEOL : UP AND DOWN LIKE A ROLLER COASTER, my love that's exactly what you do to me

W

I think my favorite exo line ever is UP AND DOWN LIKE A ROLLER COASTER it's not the line itself as much as it's the way chanyeol rap it

W

exo was the biggest group in the world back then even bigger than one direction, so maybe they gave 2017 its vibes . it got to start from somewhere

HALIMA EXO-L for life ❤️ baekhyun bias

I'm surprise that valen don't said the eve is iconic because sometimes she said i know this song is iconic. I also think if valen saw the choreo she will definitely said i know this choreo is iconic cover by idols or non idols 😁 and i love all songs forever is my song , touch it written by chen and chill by chanyeol ko ko pop co written is chen chanyeol baekhyun. Next album EXODUS one of my favorite album. Btw walk on memories you already heard little bit by EXO b-site medely. Thanks guys.

Thank you for this album listen! This is definitely one of their best albums as a whole! I clearly remember when it released, it was the year EXO got official social media accounts and kokobop became the most tweeted song of 2017. And a kokobop challenge blew up too, completely fanmade (this was way before challenges were a thing in K-pop). Power was the repackage of this and the repackage album also includes sweet lies, would be amazing if you check that song out! Power went on to be the first K-pop song chosen for the Dubai fountain show and they even performed it for the Winter Olympics!

Thank you a lot, this my fav album. The 4th concert tour elyxion preformed all the songs from this album. I was lucky enough was there during the elyxion Macau 2018. Good old days!!!
