Oh god, the nostalgia! This is my favorite BB tour out of all. Thanks for reacting and enjoying to it. The band they had in this tour is called Band 6 and are recruited from USA. The band toured mainly with BB back at the time but also did many tours with other YG artists as well. Yes, they are the same band featured in the recent BB Coachella. For the solo performances, because BB was originally built around GD and Taeyang duo, YG made sure to include solo songs of each members from the very beginning. Every single BB album has at least one solo track. So, even before each members started their solo careers, BB always had solo performances in their concert set list. In fact, BB was the one popularized ‘solo’ or ‘unit’ concepts while maintaining the group. Idols often started their solo careers after the group is disbanded (or in long hiatus) back then but BB did solo things while doing group promotions as well. Alive tour is where BB started to have that amazing signature transitions between songs! You will love the rest of the show as well :) + Camera(including phone camera) was strictly banned at the time. When fans were caught filming, they were often asked to leave the venue and all vids and photos were deleted. That’s why there are no cameras and not much of fancams from this era were left.
