I bring news. News of merch!

First of all: this is a new merch package month! Merch tier patrons will have something winging its way towards them soon. We’re a little bit late on receiving the package into the warehouse, but we’re not anticipating anything like as large of a delay as we had before.

We’re approaching our first year of Club PA 2.0, and in accordance with ancient tradition, we’re going to make some improvements to our merch system.

At the moment, we send merch packages based on total time subscribed e.g every person with 3 months of time receives the 3 month package, everyone with 6 months gets the 6 month package. This has it advantages in terms of logistics, but we’ve also heard that a lot of patrons find it kind of counter intuitive, and would prefer a simpler and more intuitive system that requires less bookkeeping. We’d also like to make things more predictable on our end, to avoid delays and stocking issues.

Starting from July, we’re going to be sending out the same package to all patrons every quarter on the same date. You’ll always know when you’re due for a merch package, we can announce when those dates arrive and it’ll be much easier for us to give good customer service when things go wrong. Pins are also going to be going out on the same schedule, although we will require six months of subscribed time to receive the pin. 

One thing we’re aware of is that some of you will be disappointed to miss out on the packages we’ve sent out before. We have plans at some point to open up a legacy store for older packages, so that you’ll never permanently miss out on something if you joined up later or had to skip a few months. I’ll keep you updated on this one.
