Tiny addition to Brenn's story, Part Five (Patreon)

I completely forgot to introduce Nezetta and Matteo, two friends of Tristan's brother, Phillip, who have come to the city for an appointment because they want to have a baby but are having difficulties. This isn't mentioned in the story, but it will be mentioned in the next part.
Here's the updated few paragraphs which take place in the story when the reader is with Phillip one afternoon, trying to hash through the details of the finances of the estates. It's not vital, but I thought I'd isolate it. Their child will be important for a future story though, and the doctor they've gone to see is Florian.
On your second afternoon at the manor house, a friend of Phillip’s, whom you’d met a number of times in the past, came to call along with his wife. Nezetta was a proud, olive-skinned woman with a ramrod-straight back and hard, black eyes, while her husband, Matteo was of a gentler disposition. His curly black hair fell wildly around his face, which was pale and smattered with freckles. A dimple dented his left cheek when he smiled, and he always seemed genuinely pleased to see you.
He opened his arms in a warm gesture as he approached, before taking your hand and kissing your knuckles. “Always an honour, my lady,” he said. “Are you well?”
“Yes, thank you,” you smiled. “And you and Nezetta are well, I hope?”
“Yes,” he said carefully, glancing back at Nezetta. He smiled anxiously.
“We cannot stay, unfortunately,” she said impassively. “We have another appointment that we cannot miss. However, we wished to call on you, Phillip, and pay our respects while we were in town.”
“Of course,” Phillip said, his deep voice clipped and polite as ever. “I’m glad you came.”
“So are we,” Matteo said, beaming at both of you in his easy manner. “You must come out to Netherwood at some point this summer before we return to the city for the winter, please, it would be our pleasure.”
Before they left, you promised that you would, and you also impressed upon them to come and visit you at Vineside any time they liked. How they would take the fact that you were living with a gnoll, you weren’t exactly sure, but you’d cross that bridge when you came to it.
After three days of discussions of investments and savings, planning, and projections, you and Phillip both finally agreed on how to move the estates forward together in the best and fairest way to all concerned. Once that was done, you went straight from Phillip’s house to see Florian.
