Starfall Springs ('Stardew Valley' inspired village of monsters) (Patreon)

So some of you may have seen over on Tumblr that I have recently started to play Stardew Valley, a super-cutesy farming game, with a gift-based social system, and the chance to romance certain villagers and marry one of them. 

Of course, I immediately imagined a similar setup but with monsters instead, and promptly posted this post, which featured the following series of monsters and their, somewhat stereotyped, locations and vocations... 

The merfolk by the shore

The dryad and faun in the woods

The lich in the tower

The centaur at the animal ranch

The naga in a cave

The eldritch horror deep in the mines, with the slimes and undead on various levels, and the goblin overseer

The orc at the blacksmith

The lizardfolk at the lab

The tiefling at the tavern

The kelpie in the village pond

The gnoll and the werewolf at the adventures’ guild

The ghost in the old ruined house

The troll under the bridge

I decided it might be fun to create something similar, and post the stories initally on here on early release, and then onto Tumblr. 

What do you think? You up for this? It'd be a whole community of monsters, in a semi-modern (I guess!?) fantasy world, and a series of humans who keep moving to the area and intriguing the local monster population. I'm imagining it'd be a world where monsters are known, but rare/reclusive rather than shunned per se...
