Dhurak, orcish blacksmith in Starfall Springs (Patreon)

Presenting Dhurak - Starfall Springs’ blacksmith and engineer. 

Need something fixed? He and his goblin best friend/assistant Jara are on it for you. He is very traditionally orcish in most respects, and has a short temper when it comes to injustices and insults to those he values and cares about. He wears his hair very long, but always plaited back and out of the way when he’s working in the forge or welding or whatever. Unfortunately, he has a pitifully severe case of 'resting orc face', which makes him look like he's about to rip everyone's heads off, when in fact that's the last thing on his mind. Probably. 

He lost his left leg above the knee in an accident when he was sixteen, and the prosthetic he wears now is made from a special goblin-made alloy designed by Jara. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty good! 

He’s actually quite shy and awkward, and doesn’t really know how to interact with others who aren’t orcs. Dhurak grew up in a small but tightly-knit clan, but wanted to study engineering, welding, and blacksmithing, and while his father was good, he decided he wanted to challenge himself and study elsewhere. Once he got a taste for life outside his clan, he decided to stay.
