Exomas Day Five - Female orc x male reader (nsfw) (Patreon)
Content
On the fifth day of Christmas, your Ghosti gave to you... one female orc doctor, a number of tropes, a whole lot of fluff, a touch of nsfw, and a bunch of meddling friends!
I also introduce Sarrigan, who's the eldest son of the Silkfoot family, the driders who live in the Grange manor house to the north of town, and who own much of the property and land around Starfall Springs itself. There's also Arvo, the drider librarian (unrelated), and Jaime, the centaur who owns the horse ranch just outside the town.
Hope you're excited to meet Lydia! She's smart and soft, and she's ready to fall in love...

“You’re coming to Arvo’s dinner on Friday, aren’t you?” Jaime asked as you caught up with your friend one weekend in mid December. The centaur had a huge mug of aromatic, mulled cider and was leaning his elbows on the substantial table, his heavy, haflinger equine body lying on the soft floor cushions that Killy put down for his centaur, naga and drider customers - anyone who would be more comfortable resting their weight on the floor than perching awkwardly and comically on various bits of furniture in the Inglenook Inn.
You groaned at his question. “Who am I being set up with this time?”
His ears flicked back in embarrassment, his cheeks colouring. “Uh…”
“Jaime, please… it’s embarrassing. I’m fine. I don’t need the help of my friends to set me up with someone. I’m… I’m doing ok.”
He took a deep, slow breath. “We know,” he said gently. “And… it’s not that we think you’re not ok… You’re doing fine. But after what you went through… we just want to introduce you to people if we can…”
You rolled your eyes. “So… who is it this time?”
“I’m not sure,” he said honestly. “Arvo knows her. I think she’s a doctor though…”
Another eye roll. “Great. I can feel intimidated as well as embarrassed.”
“Hey,” he scowled. “What you do is in no way inferior to being a doctor!”
“I know that,” you sighed. “Forget I said anything.”
Jaime swished his tail a little and looked a bit awkward. “I can tell them to back off if you want…?”
“Yeah, I think I do,” you said. “If Friday goes well, then that’s great, but I’m just not actively looking for someone right now… you know?”
“I get it,” Jaime said, taking a sip of his cider and smiling ruefully. “Before I fell in love - bonding over that ‘problem horse’ - I didn’t think I was ready either. I’m sorry you’ve felt pressure though…”
You shrugged and downed the remainder of your drink.
When Friday came around, and you were running late and arrived alone at the drider’s house, with its the pretty, twinkling fairy lights in the windows and the festive wreathes and bunches of holly, ivy, and mistletoe dangling all over the porch, and you had to smile. No one did Christmas quite like Arvo did. The skinny, lanky librarian was also partially-sighted, so when he opened the door, you spoke out immediately. “Hey, Arvo,” you smiled. “Looking good!”
And he was. He wore an adorable (and revolting) Christmas waistcoat with an incongruously smart shirt and tie combination underneath. He folded his impossibly slender legs back out of the way and welcomed you inside. “Welcome, welcome,” he said, his silvery, mousy grey hair hanging down his back in a long, straight ponytail. His thick, round, gold-framed glasses glinted softly in the lights of his hallway, and you caught the murmur of voices beyond.
“Am I the last one again?”
“Yup,” he laughed. “I’m glad you could make it though.”
He showed you through to his kitchen where a bunch of people were already standing around with drinks in hands, chatting. The only two people you didn’t recognise were another drider, with a chunkier body than Arvo’s (though that admittedly wasn’t difficult), and the most breathtakingly beautiful orc you’d ever seen in your whole life.
Standing at six foot tall, she wore dark skinny jeggings that looked almost painted onto her stunning figure, teamed with a low-heeled, black ankle boot, and a soft, baby-blue cashmere sweater that draped slightly to one side, exposing her dark green collarbone on the left side. Her dark hair was loose, with the occasional bead-studded braid catching the light like a lone star in a night sky, and the tips were dyed a vibrant pinkish-red. As she looked up at your appearance beside Arvo, your feet faltered at the sight of her eyes; a bright, summer blue. She smiled, silver-cuffed tusks glinting in the warm light of the kitchen, and your mouth went completely dry.
“Drink?” Arvo asked, touching you lightly on the shoulder, and you nodded mutely before croaking a quick ‘yes please’. Once he’d handed you a glass, he drew you over and introduced you to both the drider and the orc with whom he’d been chatting. “This is Sarrigan,” he said, gesturing at the drider. “I’m surprised you two haven’t met yet, but he says he’s never met you.”
“That’s right,” you said. The drider was impressive, stocky, muscular and solid where Arvo was tall and skinny, and with dark hair and a dark body, coloured here and there with iridescent, silvery markings. It might have been mesmeric, were it not for the beauty of his companion beside him. When Sarrigan smiled, you saw that his jaw was a bit different from Arvo’s, which looked, to all intents and purposes, human. Sarrigan’s had mandibles that hinged at the corners of his mouth to reveal two very lethal looking fangs behind, and he had two large, red eyes where a human would have theirs, but beside them, in a neat trio near his temples, were three more smaller ones on each side. They were all completely blood red, but despite his intimidating appearance, he seemed friendly enough.
He shook your hand and grinned at you again. “Good to meet you, man,” he said. “Jaime said you were coming and it’s always nice to meet new people.”
“You too,” you said rather lamely. You knew the name ‘Sarrigan’, and suddenly realised that he was one of the Silkfoots - Silkfeet? - who lived in the fancy house up at the top of town and who owned most of the property in Starfall Springs itself. Trying not to let yourself be intimidated by that fact alone, you turned to the orc as she stretched out her hand to you.
“I’m Lydia,” she smiled, and you felt all the blood leave your face and rush southwards towards your cock at the sound of her husky, warm voice. Her hand was warm and smooth, and her grip made you think of other things, which didn’t help the blood-distribution-issues one little bit.
“She’s a doctor at the Starfall Medical Clinic,” Arvo added, oblivious to your predicament. “She could be a registrar in Old Trollbridge but she came back to little old Starfall Springs to be with us…”
Lydia laughed openly, her hair dancing around her shoulders in thick, inviting waves, and she said, “Well, I’m not a city girl. I wanted to come back to my roots. I’m glad I came back though,” she added, tossing you a quick, flashing look which you tried hard not to misinterpret beyond a friendly glance.
“How long were you in Old Trollbridge?” you asked, wetting your throat and lips with a deep gulp from your glass.
She shrugged. “I went to med school there, and then I was placed at the hospital there, so… about ten years in all? But the call of this place was too strong to resist, you know?” she said, gesturing around with large, expressive hands.
You snorted. “I’ve never really left Starfall, so…”
Lydia laughed again. “You know exactly what I mean then!” She turned to Arvo and nodded at the oven behind him. “That smells amazing, Arv,” she said. “You need any help with last minute stuff?”
He shook his head. “Thank you, but it’s all covered. The veg won’t take long to cook, and the lasagna is almost done. Another fifteen minutes or so?”
Conversation flowed easily around you, with Sarrigan and Lydia carrying most of the burden between them, though they were interested in what you did too. Lydia asked you all sorts of questions about your job, and you flushed under her attentive gaze. Those eyes though… Sometimes they seemed a dreamy, forget-me-not blue, not far off the colour of her soft, slightly baggy jumper, and other times they darkened to a deep sapphire that made you want to get lost in them. She had a cute laugh too, which made her orcish nose crinkle in the most adorable way. If she’d been the one they’d attempted to set yo up with, you were more than happy about that. Not that you were about to admit that to Jaime for a hot second.
That realisation struck you with its full force half way through dinner, and you nearly dropped your knife and fork.
She glanced at you then - of course, she’d been conveniently seated beside you - and grinned wickedly. To your surprise, she leaned down and whispered in your ear, “You know we’ve been set up, right?”
You did drop you knife with a clang then, but you retrieved it from your plate without drawing too much more attention to yourself. “Yeah, I figured,” you sighed. “I’m sorry.”
“Don’t be,” she said. “You’re cute.”
If you hadn’t already lost all control of your hands and hadn’t been resting your cutlery on the rim of your plate, you might have dropped it all over again.
She chuckled softly and hissed, “What? It’s true! You don’t have to feel inclined to return the feeling, but if you did want to meet up some time and get to know each other away from our meddling but adorable friends, I’m up for that. I need to hear the rest of that story you started earlier about the barista who asked the fae for his name…”
That was a funny story, you had to admit, and you nodded, stunned. “Ok,” you said. “I’d like that.”
The rest of dinner passed in a blur, but when you were helping Jaime clear the table afterwards, he leaned down and said, “So… not to pry, but… you two looked like you were getting on ok?”
You snorted. “I hate you so much,” you deadpanned.
His body went rigid before he bowed his head. “I’m sorry. I thought you two would at least get on ok…”
“Oh we do,” you breezed, dunking the plates in the sink. “We’re meeting up tomorrow ‘away from our meddling but adorable friends’, to use her words.”
“You are?” he gasped. “Yay! I’m not suggesting that you two should get married immediately or anything, but I thought you’d get along at least… I’m glad you like her.”
Lydia popped her head into the kitchen a few minutes later and called your name.
“Yeah?”
“I’ve got to bounce early,” she said, looking regretful. “But lemme give you my number. We can meet at Damien’s tomorrow…”
Damien's was the most gorgeous little chocolaterie in Starfall Springs, run by a monstrously big, golden-hearted orc and his tiefling assistant. You’d bought your previous partner’s Valentine’s Day chocolates there, but whatever. Time to claim it back. You nodded and she gave you her number.
Meeting the next day in daylight was as good as it had been in the soft light of Arvo’s dinner party, and the day wore on unnoticed, raindrops lashing the windows of the fantastical chocolate emporium, with its heady scents and quiet music, until well into the afternoon. She told you about her family, and then admitted that Damien was actually her big brother. He hadn’t been working that day, but you reflexively shot a look over at the counter area where a one-armed tiefling was handing a white-coated minotaur a huge hot chocolate with a grin on his sharply handsome face. Your attention was caught by the black, geometric tattoos that passed up the grey skin of his right arm and up onto his neck too, but your eyes couldn’t linger long when you had Lydia sitting opposite you.
About a minute later, she blurted, “Please tell me that you’re having a good time? I’m having a blast, but I’m so afraid I’m going to scare you off somehow…” She fiddled with her paper napkin and added, “Most humans find female orcs a bit… much somehow…”
With a laugh, you shook your head. “I’m having a blast too,” you said, boldly reaching for her hand and squeezing her fingers briefly. “I’ll be honest though… I didn’t expect to click with anyone at Arvo’s dinner last night. They keep trying to set me up with people… It’s been going on for weeks…”
“I can’t believe you’re single to start with,” she admitted, licking cocoa dust off her top lip in a disarmingly attractive way.
“Nor I you,” you fired back playfully. “Actually, I just ended a relationship about two months ago… It… It wasn’t pretty. They’re worried about me, I think - especially Jaime - which is sweet, but I wasn’t really looking for someone, you know?”
“Oh man, I know,” she said heavily, leaning back in her chair and pulling her now-plaited hair over one shoulder. “But I like you…”
You smiled softly and looked up at her, feeling as goofy as a teenager again. “I like you too…”
“Well… let’s see where it goes? If it doesn’t pan out, that’s fine, and maybe we can just stay friends, but… maybe we can get to know each other?”
“Thanks. I’d like that,” you said, a tight knot you’d forgotten about suddenly untangling in your chest.
In fact, it ended up working out really well.
You’d drop by the small but busy clinic where she worked, with a bunch of flowers or a takeaway coffee cup in hand, during her lunch break and in turn, she’d invite you over to hers on her nights off and cook you the most amazing food. After two months, you were ready to make it pretty much official, and your friends were horribly smug about it, but you honestly couldn’t find it within yourself to care.
The first time you had sex, it was unlike anything you’d experienced in months and months. She took you apart gradually, taking you all the way to the back of her throat in long, slow, delicious swallows. Just as you thought you were going to break apart, she paused, smiled wickedly, drew back, and then switched between letting you thrust into her wet heat and riding you with her incredible thighs and wide hips rolling over you, never minding that you were human and therefore much smaller than any male orc would have been. Straddling you a few minutes later, Lydia came so hard that first time that she fell forwards over your chest, gasping and moaning so beautifully that she’d dragged your own orgasm from you a split second later with her tusks pressed against your neck as she clung to you.
When she’d got her breath back, she rose up off you and drew your still twitching cock out of her, and you watched dazedly as your release slid down her inner thigh. She played her fingertips through it and you stared. “You’re gorgeous,” you said with a slightly drunken smile.
She laughed and brought her thick, blunt tusks down to tease your shoulder again for a while, kissing you and sucking a bruise that would last for days.
One day, after a terrible car accident just outside Starfall Springs, she messaged you to say that she wouldn’t be able to make it to dinner, and that it was unlikely that she’d be home any time before two in the morning.
‘You need me to bring you anything? Supper? Coffee?’ you texted back immediately.
‘Dinner would be amazing’ she replied. ‘Something I can scoff in three minutes flat though… sorry…’
‘You’re amazing,’ you said. ‘I’ll drop by with some food in half an hour if that works? And you let me know when you’re done later and I’ll come and pick you up.’
‘It’ll be after two…’
‘I know. It’s fine. I don’t want you driving home in the dark after a day like that if you don’t have to…’
When she caught sight of you for the second time that evening (technically morning now, you supposed) - the first time amounting to a brief exchange of a takeaway box for a hurried kiss - her shoulders dropped and she stepped forwards with a tearful expression on her face.
“You ok?” you asked as she hugged you, actually picking you up off the floor and holding you close, inhaling the scent of your skin at your neck.
“No,” she said after a little while. “We nearly lost a little kid today. He’ll be ok though, but… it was touch and go for a while…”
“You’re amazing,” you said again. “Also… I can’t breathe…”
“Sorry,” she laughed and set you back down.
She looked wiped out, and you guided her towards your car and drove her back to her place. You walked her to the door, but as you turned to go back to the car, she murmured, “Stay?”
The look in her dark blue eyes was the kind of vulnerability and softness that weren’t often associated with orcs. You nodded and smiled. “Sure.”
She had energy for little more than brushing her teeth and collapsing into bed, tugging you in beside her. Next morning, despite the hour you’d gone to bed, you still woke before her. She lay on her back, with one arm flung up above her head, her soft tank top that she slept in lightly crumpled, the sheets tugged down towards her wide hips. Her stomach wasn’t the hard, ridged abs of so many orcs, and you loved the softness she carried. The mix of her innate strength and size, combined with that slight softness was intoxicating. Besides, you didn’t exactly have the body of a mythical hero either, and she seemed to love that you were a bit softer at the tummy too, if her searching hands most evenings were anything to go by.
That morning, however, she just lay there, deep in sleep and breathing softly, with her hair plaited up messily, sections falling across her forehead, and you sorely wanted to press a kiss to her full lips, to feel her tusks nudge against the stubble on your cheeks, to feel the way her plump lips gave under the gentle pressure of your kisses, turning up at the corners. Instead, you tore yourself away and slipped out to the bakery just down the road, returning twenty minutes later with a big box of mixed pastries.
Lydia was awake when you slid back into the apartment, but she was still in bed. And she was not being quiet.
You ditched the box in the kitchen and pushed the bedroom door open to find her with her legs spread, feet flexed, her body gloriously naked, and her head thrown back in ecstasy while the fingers of her right hand circled her clit.
“You started without me,” you smiled as you closed the door.
“Wasn’t sure you’d be back or not,” she grunted, breathing ragged. “I’m close.”
“You already come?” you asked, knowing she could come three or four times in a row if she was in the mood.
She nodded once and your cock swelled.
By the time you’d undressed and joined her, she was staring at you, her eyes fixed on you as she nudged herself closer and closer, her legs trembling, her back arching off the sheets from time to time.
You nuzzled down between her thighs and lifted her reluctant hand away from her slick, swollen clit. “Look at you,” you purred and she arched again at the haze of breath across her wet sex. “Let me taste you… you always taste so good,” you added before you licked a stripe over her and then sucked eagerly on her clit.
She bellowed and whined and gripped the sheets, gasping and panting nonsense until finally she begged you with a broken yell to make her come.
Your jaw was aching a little by the time you finally did as she asked. With your aching cock fully hard and with pre-come leaking from the slit, you licked her just so, sliding your fingers inside her and crooking them, pressing them against her fluttering walls as she tumbled over the edge and came like a landslide. She practically screamed and her body folded forwards, her hands reaching for your hair and holding your tongue against her as she pulsed and shuddered around your fingers. Her strength would have stolen your breath, had you’d had any left by then.
When she finally went limp, her nostrils flared wide, her chest still heaving, she drew you gratefully up to lie beside her and reached vaguely for your hard cock, but you took yourself in your hand instead and stared openly at her while you worked yourself. Her pulse thudded in a vein in her neck, and you smiled as her eyes opened, revealing a sliver of the sapphire irises behind those long, thick, dark lashes. “You’re so beautiful,” you hissed, running your thumb over the head of your cock, smearing pre-come and tightening your grip and speeding up.
“I’m yours,” she whispered, her fingertips just gracing the curve of your full balls, and with that, you came.
In fact, you came once more before she was ready to let you go and bring her breakfast and a mug of tea in bed, and it was with only slightly unsteady legs that you did so. Her smile when she saw the brand name on the box was well worth the wobble though.
“Perfect,” she smiled. “I love you. Come here.”
Something told you that you wouldn’t be leaving bed before noon that day, and neither of you had it in you to care.
