I keep thinking about this video, especially in light of the ongoing Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike. The inpact on "small business" has consistently been deployed in the rhetoric surrounding it and why it needs to end. The Canadian gov't just announced it would force workers back to work under the old collective terms if an agreement was not made by the end of the month, and in their announcement emphasized the problems for small businesses this workers action has created.
