EQG Applejack transforming, both physically and mentally, into either a red-and-white Border Collie or a black tricolour Border Collie (take your pick, either one works) after being exposed to a dog collar enchanted with Equestrian magic that is now turning her into a playmate for Winona. By this stage in the transformation, Applejack is fully quadrupedal and in the final stage of her changes. Her dog mind is increasingly taking over and she is forgetting that she was ever human. She now sees Winona as her playmate and pack sister. Also, don't forget to incorporate AJ's freckles into her new markings.

I like Kelthuzad's idea of turning Pharah into a cow, but I think Ana would make a better accompaniment than D.Va!

Guess I finally went to obscure, it was a series about a team of screwed up superheroes that still somehow managed to save the world. Concierge was one of the female members whose special ability was organizational skills, also a story of a person coming up in the world as she started as the teams secretary. https://theawesomes.fandom.com/wiki/Concierge
