I have no use for commoner tokens. I use theater of the mind for stuff like that.

A variety of commoners in sitting poses with alternate versions that are essentially "legless" would be helpful for sitting tokens at tables/behind desks etc without their legs clipping through the furniture.

I'm on the same boat, commoners won't see much use. If I needed some as innocent bystanders for a scene there are plenty of fitting tokens out there, both Devin's and otherwise to pick from.

I have no use for commoners either. There's no real need for those in any of the games i participate in. We only use tokens for important NPCs, special encounters and actual battle maps.

I'm really hoping to make uncommon commoners, I really don't want to do a barmaid or another blacksmith. What I would like to do is a traveling orc merchant. Or a kobold merchant. Perhaps a fiesty goblin potion seller. I'm hoping you guys and gals can come up with things that people haven't seen before.
