We are doing a Baer Solutions shooting standard as seen in the video.- 5 yards/ meters with handgun- 10 yards/ meters with rifleYou can do only one or both.This target is in freedom paper units so if you print on A4 try to preserve the scale and size.

Awesome Shooting Test to Gauge Speed and Accuracy

The Baer Solutions shooting standard is one of the best tests out there to work speed, cadence, a simple target transition, reload, and accurate fire all in one drill. Lucas Botkin is running the drill with a Glock 17 that's equipped with a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro. Drawing from a Ragnarok holster and reloading from an Emdom USA mag pouch affixed to a T.REX ARMS Orion belt. Here is an idea for a future challenge maybe. F.A.S.T. Test (pistol, 6 rounds) Target: 3x5 card (head), 8” plate/circle (body) Start position: Weapon concealed or in duty condition with all holster retention devices active. Facing downrange in relaxed state with arms down at sides. Course of fire: Shooter loads gun with two rounds. On signal, draw and fire two rounds at head target, perform slidelock reload, fire four rounds at body target. Scoring: -Open top retention (ALS, SERPA) without concealment, + 0.50 sec to final score -Flap/retention mag pouch, - 0.50 sec to final score -Misses to 3x5 box, + 2.00 sec per miss -Misses to 8” circle, + 1.00 sec per miss Ranking: -10+ seconds: Novice - Under 10 seconds: Intermediate - Under 7 seconds: Advanced - Under 5 seconds: Expert
