Training With Manca #2 | Transitions, Reloads

Support Polenar Tactical on Patreon: http://www.patreon.com/polenartactical Merchandise: http://polenartactical.com/merchandise-type/t-shirts/ We got a temporary shooting range and Manca finally got some quality training time. We think she did great but after reviewing the video she sees a lot of room for improvements. What's your opinion? Do you have any suggestions for her next training?

Good to see the VZ 58 in action. I'm curious as to the rail you are using seeing as how an AFG2 is being used. Also the muzzle brake you are using? Also do you usually carry the mag dump pouch in the front? It's interesting, I always assumed it would get in the way but you seemed to be able to run it with problems. Last what is the pink symbol on the stock, I'm sure it means something to Manca just curious what it was.

I have a question about the vz 58. With the action being so open whenever it is repeating, or when it locks back, is not very susceptible to mud or sand getting in, exactly where it hurts most...? Or is it designed to work anyway? And I can't post without complimenting on Manca's shooting and movement. So damn awesome! That's why I support Polenar Tactical!

Very nice!! Question for Manca since she's been borrowing side arms from the guys for some time. Out of which side arm do you prefer? And how was shooting (from what I can tell) a P226?

MJL

Awesome!

Nice shooting Manca!...and great video! Who's the guy running and timing you? Is he part of the PT team?

Thanks man! The guy timing me is part of our team, it's actually Žiga's brother Rok :) - Manca

Thank you! :) Yes, I've been borrowing side arms from my boys since forever :D it's because i still don't have enough finances to buy someting of my own and because everyting i try is too big or too clumsy in my hands, so i'm still searching for the one. To be completly honest a P226 is fun to shoot, but it's everything I don't want in a pistol. It's too big and doesn't have a safety... but all in all it's a good pistol, just not for me. If i have to compare, i liked the Beretta 92 better, it was a bit smaller, had a safety and i felt more confident while using it :) - Manca

Im using the standard handguard that has been coated with a car vinly sticker that looks like carbon fiber :) The rails are DIY mounted directly on the handguard - it's cheap, it's light and it works This is the muzzle brake: http://www.zahal.org/products/sa-vz-58-spear-muzzle-brake?path_parent=278947 Carrying your dump pouch in the front is usually used at competitions because it's the fastest. If you don't have any equipment it work quite good :) That pink bow is there so everyone knows that's my rifle! :) - Manca

Thank you very much! :) Ziga says that Vz58 has a similar operating system as the SKS. The action of the VZ is open only when shooting or empty but i think a bit of dirt probably wouldn't make a difference. I don't know, maybe we'll have to try it :) - Manca

Have you tried a CZ 75? It has a safety that's arguably in a more ergonomic spot than the Beretta's (depending on your taste, of course), it can be carried in Single Action (in the video you seemed to prefer to have the hammer back on the first shot), and it has a reputation for being comfortable to hold. And it would go along nicely with the rifle, too :)
