Does it work without a bullet ? maybe the die Body is screwed in to far 🤔

Any visible ridge on the die's inner area leftover by manifacturing? I got no special knowledge about self loading whatsoever, but I'm drunk right now and want to help/at least show you that you're not alone. :)

Does the same thing, i think it's grabbing on the casing - as if it wasn't resized properly

Hahaha, cheers! That would be my usual thought also but these dies are super extra precise and have the inside mirror polish

dominic

what kind of case prep? are they chamfered, lubed?

polenartactical

Deprimed, cleaned, annealed, lubed, resized with full length resizing die also from Triebel It seems that the resizing die doesn't resize them small enough to fit into the bullet seating die so the brass catches on that die

take a sharpie and colour it. Blue if you have it. Take the die out of the press and manually fiddle-fuck with it, you will see the contact points.

Already tried to dye the Case (with an Edding or something), maybe then markings will show up.
