My only thing is sometimes I code on scene, but dispatcher acknowledges that I am on traffic stop. And I use key code, so not an error as far as dispatch not understanding me.

BENZO YOUDID A AWESOME JOB ON THIS DISPATCH 2.0

THAGOAT

The only thing I’ve noticed and I think someone else mentioned, was a strange static sound after any callout of something and after the location is said by dispatch, you would hear the static again. If anyone knows why please let me know.

Nicholas

it has something to do with Xscanner 3.0. I removed XScanner and don't hear it.

THAGOAT

Okay thank you. I havnt removed it yet but I’m planning on. Just seeing if there was a fix or why it was happening. I managed to mute the street names for scanner and with BL dispatch 1.5 and it worked well with x scanner. But this recent update for xscanner just kept making those stactic sounds. Thank you for the help and let me know if you find anything else on how to keep xscanner with this dispatch.

shinyabsolfan

I heard the old dispatcher say power street

Ryan

Only thing im noticing is when i ask dispatch to show me on stop she says shows me on scene, same with asking dispatch to show me on scene she says shows me on stop.

Southeastern Native Jewelry

It is awesome!! I experienced some of things mentioned but I can most definitely live with it. AWESOME JOB!! THANK YOU!!

Damion Christian

I've noticed one small thing, the audio for my GrammarPolice, for example, when i hold the button to talk to dispatch the sounds for talking to her disappeared, the kshhh radio noises i liked that, even after changing the PTT values in the custom.ini back to default i still couldn't get it back, idk why.

BlueLine Vibes

I have not modified the intro/outro sounds or other ambient noise, besides the 20% sound reduction that is an optional file. Not 100% sure on this, but I think if you set GP - PTT settings back to default it has the Hold To Talk disabled. Not sure if that is your intention or not, but I always have mine as enabled as I have up to 45 seconds to talk with button held down.

BlueLine Vibes

Correct, that is intentional. The main reason I chose the word "Scene" is the fact that the game calls on one particular audio file called "Caution" the old dispatcher, would say "Approach with Caution" if you say you are on scene or if you are on a traffic stop. I was trying to think of something universal here. Scene can be construed as on scene, out with a civilian, traffic stop, or any other business with police work. I just didn't want her to say "Approach with Caution" for a simple traffic stop which always seemed silly to me. With all of that being said, there is a way to fix all this, as heard on the video if you watched it. She will confirm you are indeed on a traffic stop. So stay tuned for a video on that soon.

BlueLine Vibes

Thanks for the info. I will look into this. Could be how the game is calling on the file. Sometimes the game wants DRIVE or DR. or STREET or ST Yep

BlueLine Vibes

Question: How long does the static last for? Do you mean like 3-4 seconds? Or is it for an extended period of time? Reason I ask is that there are some files intentionally muted as it interrupts the flow of the dispatcher. Most of the old dispatcher uses up to 7 or 8 wav files when giving a callout. Here are examples below ATTENTION ALL UNITS WE HAVE A UMMM whatever the crime name is* more description of the crime* AT UMMM Street name* Location* Response type* Sure you get where I am going with this. So here is mine Crime Street (sometimes if game wants it) Location Response type Now you can see where the static might be an issue as the game wants the old dispatcher wav files but those files are muted / replaced and the game will play the "noise wav" file

BlueLine Vibes

She says the words "On a traffic stop" ? - You shouldn't be hearing that unless you switched out the files in that folder. That is for another video coming up shortly :) IF she is saying the words "On a traffic stop" and you did not switch out the files, she might have found my sub folder in there. If that is the case, I will need to throw an update out asap and include the sub folder in a seperate download STAT. If you are meaning that she is putting you on a traffic stop as a status and you are not hearing the words, that is a separate issue all together.

BlueLine Vibes

As mentioned in my post "Please don't respond that you hear her" I need to know what she is saying lol

BlueLine Vibes

Okay, where are you hearing her? This post is for those that are hearing that. So please let me know when you got that. Thanks

THAGOAT

The static sound is only at the end of a callout when she says the location and street name. it does it twice once for each but its only like a 1 or 2 second long but loud stactic sound. When u go 10-4 or anything else with dispatch is fine. but the second it plays a callout , at the end you hear the static sound. Some people say its Xscanner but im not sure. I mangaged to make xscanner 2.0 work perfectly with BL DISPACTH 1.5 so it could just be xcanner. But again im not sure where that static sound is coming from, i tried to look for it in intros and outros and its not there so i dont know.

Marvin Charles White

Yes sir she says on traffic stop. But my availability shoes on scene. Promise I did not switch lol, that's above my install pay grade. I will reinstall to see if it fixes it. Thx.

Brett Bowen

Can you please publish your 10-codes or is there one that will work out there you or anyone here in this convo would recommend using, it seems to me that the call to say subject in custody is a lil touchy ask several combo sentences before there is an acknowledgement, used 1-15, subject, 1-15 suspect 1-15, suspect in custody, after a few it finally gets it… and i use on scene too for traffic stops..

THAGOAT

I did however just remove xcanner 3.0 and the sound is no longer there. So it is what everyone else was assuming which was a xscanner issue. The only thing i dont understand is what audio files it adds to make that sound. I checked the audio files from xscanner 3.0 that are being put in the game and i cant find anything. My guess is the audio is just related to the police and background scanner because the audio folder for xscanner is empty.

Ryan

Makes perfect sense, thank you for the explanation

SHAWN STEPHENS

BENZO I HAVE BEEN HAVING ALOT OF TROUBLS WITH MY DISCORD NOT CONNECT

Marvin Charles White

Reinstalled, everything is good now. That was weird. Chalk it up to user error. Thx again!

BlueLine Vibes

Hey Brett - Feel free to drop by our discord. I share out my Grammar folder for the phrases I use. This video might help as well - (Copy and paste URL into browser) - Patreon will not let me post a silly link for replies, which is dumb. https://youtu.be/3G98a_FFcDg Since you are a Patreon member - you should have discord access - Then just go to a channel called #helpful-places-to-go something like that. You will see my Grammar phrases used.

BlueLine Vibes

Sorry for my long post in these comments, I realize that you guys don't have time to read all that. TLDR - Small fixes will release end of this week.

BlueLine Vibes

It's possible yes. The default pathway that most people will set, retrieves the audio now directly from your scanner folder. However, I have seen a few comments in the last day on Xscanner and Khorio is aware of this. He is working on a feature that is already included in the Xscanner that attempts to normalize the audio (mainly for peaks and lows) some audio might come over too loud, others might be too quiet. The Xscanner attempts to normalize this behaviour. He mentioned that he will fix the issue, or he might take out the normalization feature in Xscanner to correct it. Maybe give Khorio a bit of time to update that, he seems pretty dedicated to the plugin. FYI: If you get that high pitched squelch again with Xscanner removed for example, please let me know. It still could be on certain callout audio, then immediatly giving a street or nearby location. Seen that happen before on my end when testing and producing the BL dispatch 1.5 going into 2.0 - If that is the case, I can always try and double check the bitrate on the crime audio wav files to make sure there is not a few that slipped by that is inconsistent with the rest. Tends to happen with over 450+ Callout audio files.

THAGOAT

Okay great thank you. Yes I’ll wait for the updated XSCANNER and see how that is. But as far as having it removed, the only callouts in my LSPDFR is Kuchera and with every callout, the noise is gone with scanner removed. the only thing is descriptions of the call of that pack. They are a bit different

Jaydon

Hey Benzo! So I just installed the BLV realistic dispatch 2 and sometimes while the lady talks, she will talk regular and then get overlaped with the normal dispatcher. It usually overlaps when saying the street names. Also, after a while of playing, she will go completley silent and will never talk. NOTE WHEN I WAS MAKING BACKUP FOLDERS WHEN I DRAGGED AND DROPPED THE ORIGINAL LSPDFR SCANNER FOLDER INTO THE BACKUP FOLDERS THE SCANNER REMOVED ITSELF FROM THE GTA 5 MAIN GAME DIRECTORY INTO THE BACKUP FOLDER SO I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO DELETE IT. Any tips on what to do?

jeanluc quionquion

I had the same issue. I reinstall it and dispatch does not go silent anymore. But their is still a over lap. Also my does anyone have any issues with crashing? It started after I download radio realism and xscanner. Haven't had the chance to figure out which one is making it crash but I think it's radio radio realism. And does anyone know a more updated xscanner tutorial video or showcase, can't get it to when properly.

BlueLine Vibes

My advice is always the same if a major mistake was made: Delete the scanner folder and reinstall from scratch. No reason to dive into folders that come with the dispatch mod, you will end up installing it incorrectly. Remember: Delete old scanner folder as shown on video and literally drag the lspdfr and plugins folder into main game directory = done

jeanluc quionquion

Probably what happen the first time and did not realize it.

BlueLine Vibes

More than likely. It's also possible that certain plugins like Radio Realism FR is giving out street names or direction of travel at the same time that a responding unit is coming over the radio, or one of your request for pursuit back is being transmitted. Usually the dispatcher will play one audio at a time, but I have noticed her say "Copy that" exactly the same time the air is being lifted for emergency traffic. Easy fix for that is to add a few more seconds of silence to the air being lifted, then plays the audio. Will fix that in the Version 2.5 but not the version 2.1 coming out tomorrow on Friday.

BlueLine Vibes

Ryan, my apologies in my response, I gave you the incorrect information. I recently found yesterday that the dispatch loves to grab audio where it can find it. It was finding a folder inside your GrammarPolice Audio folder called GP_CAUTION. There is another sub folder in there with a very long name called "Traffic Stop Audio - Only use if you changed your ON SCENE for investigating in Grammar Police" Take that folder out and place it on your desktop. I will cover that in a video soon that I think you will like. Version 2.1 will release tomorrow correcting some audio and the new download will have that folder removed for now. So my advice is to perhaps save that long named audio folder called "Traffic Stop Audio - Only use if you changed your ON SCENE for investigating in Grammar Police" name it whatever you like and save it on desktop for now.

Ryan

Rodger that i will follow these steps and will await your video . Love your work!

Jaydon

Jeanluc i figured it out, its gonna be any other scanners or whatever you have. For example: Xscanner

John L

someone has posted your mod on launcher leaks MYSTIC | SITE MOD 2 BlueLine Realistic Dispatch v2.1 (Update) - LSPDFR By MYSTIC | SITE MOD Started 23 hours ago

BlueLine Vibes

Well good luck to whoever downloads that and uses the files ;)

Charles Hamlin

Question, My dispatch sounds are popping. not sure what I did wrong. Will re-download and reinstall dispatch.

BlueLine Vibes

Try deleting out your scanner folder first entirely. Then proceed with the install process.

BumbleBee

could you add a male only version? there's female only but no option for male only

BlueLine Vibes

Perhaps in the future, yes. It would require redoing hundreds of phrases. It would also depend on the interest of the other Patreons. For example, I spent 12 hours adding in Coastal Callouts to the latest version of BlueLIne dispatch and only two people said thanks for adding it. The other 99% said they never even use it. Total waste of time and lesson learned.

Mathew Cooke

Hey, so i bought Realistic Dispatch a few months ago and it wants me to buy it again, and i don't want to spend money on something i already bought. Can you please help me with this?

BlueLine Vibes

The Patreon Shop is tied to your original Patreon account. All updates are free, I have never changed that. Haven't had one person yet say that they can't download the latest version on the patreon shop if it was already purchased.
