The number one complaint about the BlueLine Dispatch is that it's just not loud enough, or in some cases the dispatch may be way too loud. Watch this quick video on how to set your proper sound levels in game and on your PC to help get the dispatch sound louder or even lower the volume a bit. This video will cover what you need to do.

Hey man - I've found that my LSPDFR Backup audio (only when I call backup through LSDPFR not UB) is extremely loud and distorted. I've tried this with using files from both the 3.0 and 3.6 versions. Any idea what could be causing this? It's a really unpleasantly distorted, loud volume. But the other files don't seem to be affected.

Sounds like your PC is having a hard time with the wav gains between UB and default LSPDFR. I am curious as to why you would use LSPDFR backup in any way vs UB Backup? Only thing that comes to my mind at the moment anyways is to go to lspdfr/audio/scanner and make sure you right click on scanner folder and make sure it is not set to ready only at the bottom. Sometimes that helps the PC with audio gain. Do a double check on everything covered in this video. Other than all of that, please visit our discord if you want further help. Good luck!

Mate - realized it was some Sepura radio tones I'd put in ages and ages ago and they were just causing the problems! Cheers for the reply!

Hey man, I followed every step but my game audio is messed up. The V8 car and environmental sounds are way louder than the dispatch audio, do you have any idea what to do ? Thanks

BlueLine Vibes

Not much I can really do on my end as it is a PC setting issue. All sound files are normalized at -3 dB which means there are no sound files that are too loud or too quiet. If you already followed the video and it's not working. You will have to consider a few other alternatives. You mentioned your V8 car, have you tried the Reduced V8 engine for example that is on my V8 Engine video over here on Patron? You are a Patron member and you have access so you probably have already watched all of the exclusive videos in reference to sounds. So I would just stop by the discord at this point. You can find the link on any of the videos in description if you would like and see if you can find another person on there that has similar issues.

EDIT: I fixed it, maxed ingame SFX and then lowered the volume in volume mixer, now works fine.
