NEW- BLR Dispatch Air Held mute - watches Rage log for BlueLine Realism stand-by / lift lines; pauses scanner with AIR HELD HUD; resumes after a 10s trail so end-air audio can finish. Independent of Grammar Police priority-tone Air Held.- Hide Visualizer On Foot - 3-second delay after entering a vehicle before the HUD reveals (stops mid-enter flash).

- Hide Visualizer On Foot checkbox in Vehicle Scanner menu + VizHideOnFoot INI key.

- Reworked HUD Movement - No more Numpad movement, this will use the Up/Down and Right/Left for X/Y Coords + Scale + Height + Length

- Ultrawide-friendly HUD placement - resolution-aware clamps; snap to top/bottom/left/right and bottom-left / bottom-right corners; numpad step scales with resolution.

Those were removed. The author will need to recode that so that it will call on the appropriate folder. In other words, those callouts simply will not play the correct files.

Somebody told me Simple Callouts was broken and Kuchera Callouts keep getting flagged as causing crashes in the auto log reader so those 2 I haven't really been able to use because I thought they were obsolete. Apparently they must be ok if you were able to get updated dispatch to work with them. Looks like I have several different callout packs I can put in the game not to get some different interactions! Can't wait!

Basically those 2 particular callouts do work, but they do have some callouts that do not work very well and probably need to be updated. Some just Code 4 the calls. I left those in this version of the dispatch mod at the request of the users. However, if the majority of the people mention that they are very broken, then I'll consider removing them from the pack in the future.

Yes they will still work. However if you are using Policing Redefined, message me on a DM here on Patreon and I will convert your Air Units for the PR version. But all of the rest of your audio will work just fine. Be sure to install your custom audio files last.

Love the update Mike. I used Nato call signs from the old dispatch as could only find nato plates. Weird question all works fine but get a message saying Blueline dispatch disabled when I go on duty, any ideas?

Did I miss something? When I go into add the optional call out audio I dont see any of my installed callout packs audio. According to the video you had us delete the old scanner folder which had those audio files.

You back up the scanner folder so that you can refer back to it. You need to install the NEW Callout audio packs. Several changes have been made.

Mike, this mod is amazing! It really ups the immersion factor by alot. One small thing I noticed in the files when I was installing was the Readme - STP audio install.txt is the text document for the Policing Redefined Audio Install Readme. Other than that, the files are very organized and I appreciate all of the readme files.

That is from Campus Callouts if I am not mistaken. Basically he integrated that feature to have the audio go to the Crimes folder, if enabled, if I am not mistaken. I don't think he had intended for me to modify his files. So technically you can leave it disabled and it will call on the Custom Campus Callouts audio. Hope any of that made sense. Let me know if you need help.

Is there a way to add the showing you on scene responses under investigating? The new on scene is now under investigating and all dispatch will say is copy do you need another unit.

Watch the first video in description that says "How to Change Your Traffic Stop Audio - Change Scene to Investigating" it should explain everything you need to know. Of course if you don't want to use the Traffic Stop Audio for your Traffic Stops, just keep your audio the same. You would just need to look at your scene.xml to make sure it includes the proper phrases so that she will say that you are in fact, on scene.

Luke, you need to make sure that the dispatch understands what you mean when it comes to certain phrases. Sorry, I don't understand your question here. She will not understand alpha numeric. So let me explain it like this: Grammar Police only understand the first 1-5 words spoken. The rest is all Roleplay. If I say this: "Dispatch, REQUESTING a plate check on a black dominator, plate number is Adam Boy Charles 1, 2, 3, 4" She only understand "Dispatch, Requesting a Plate Check" The main 3 elements of that phrase is the word REQUESTING and the words Plate Check. This mod is awesome, I am so stoked! I don't have Xscanner or anything but I am still hearing the default dispatcher in the background. She is still making call out requests. Any idea how I can remove her? I guess this is mixed audio but not Xscanner, so unsure what to do. Thanks!!!

Hey there. Have been watching and loving the videos so much since a long time. When I heard that it was 40% offf I finaly used that change to get myself this awesome mod. Although the mod is great I have had some issues. For some reason I cant open the menu. I alos wanted to change the keybinds to my liking for a better experience. It seems like there isnt a .ini File for me to change my keybinds. Do i have to install the normal grammar Police mod for this? Any help would be awesome. Thank you sm in advance!

Grammar Police is the main mod. BlueLine Dispatch is a complete audio overhaul. So all keybinds would be held in reference to Grammar Police custom.ini file. found in plugins > LSPDFR > Grammar Police folder. If you don't have a custom.ini you need to make a copy of your default.ini and then rename it to custom.ini All keybinds are found there. Dispatch key is RMenu, which is your Right ALT key. Radio keybind is your C key. But I think it might be Left Control + C if I am not mistaken, perhaps just the letter C.

BlueLine Dispatch v3.5 has no mixed audio, absolutely zero. So either you did not delete your scanner folder before the install, or you have a callout pack that you installed and did not replace the audio callout folder. My advise is to start fresh. Delete out the scanner folder as mentioned it is 100% important at the start of the video. Follow the install closely.

Hey Hunter, thanks for commenting. Yes that would be Grammar Police for sure as the BlueLine Dispatch is a complete audio replacement only. Basically it doesn't impact the functionality of Grammar Police. My advise is to look at the description, and look at those links at the very bottom. Hard to find those links sometimes as the way Patreon is set up, so you may have missed it. Link is called "Useful Fixes For Grammar Police problems" But there are some good Grammar Police trouble shooting tips that Opus49 made in the last 3 or 4 months that goes over a lot of issues that people have. When in doubt, and you really want to get your question answered directly, you could always think about joining Opus49's discord channel called Immersive Plugins. There are several people that are dedicated to answering questions in reference to GP. Let me know how it goes.

That is probably a Callout pack you have installed, that message is not from BlueLine Dispatch. Might be something like Campus Callouts, JM Callouts or another callout pack. Take a look at your callout Config.

I've already converted his streets. About 5x more than what comes in his download already. Those are found in your lspdfr > audio > scanner > STREETS

Policing Redefined go to your plugins > LSPDFR > Policing Redefined > Settings Folder > InteractionSettings.ini At the very bottom change it to True like this [Dispatch] //Whether dispatch should repeat the license plate back to you during a vehicle check. (True/False) DispatchRepeatLicensePlate=True Stop The Ped - I can include a muted alpha numeric in a update for the dispatch mod coming out soon. If you already have the BlueLine Dispatch v3.0, it's already included in there. I took it out for v3.5 as the community never gave me feedback if they preferred it that way. Note: For the Policing Redefined "DispatchRepeatLicensePlate" I am not fond how it mutes the alpha numeric as it leaves off some important audio with dispatch saying "Standby I'll run that plate for you" So I might just add in a muting feature for that as well, I think it will sound better.

Why don't I get pursue updates at all? I've also seen in your videos you would say what direction a suspect was going, and dispatch repeat it back. I'm not sure if that good timing or editing but I'd like to be able to do that.

I think you are imagining things. 👻 Nah, that is probably Xscanner. Khorio adds in certain easter eggs depending on the time of year 😂 I think there is a setting in your config for Xscanner that you can disable that by the way

Pursuit updates are from certain plugins. Radio Realism FR will do that as mentioned on the video above. The repeating of direction of travel is me using my Stream Deck. You can do the same thing with Sound Board. That is in your "Other Audio" folder. Explained at the end of the video.

I have radio realism FR. It still isn't doing that with or without blueline installed. Could It be something else I'm doing wrong? I've installed all of my mods before installing blueline, I don't think that's the reason but worth mentioning. I've also tried reinstalling radio realism with no luck. I thought it was a soundboard, but I was just to lazy to redownload the file and check lol. I wish there was a mod that worked like that out of the box. Using a soundboard breaks the immersion for me, It's absolutely awesome in videos though.

Do you have Xscanner installed by chance? If so, take it out of your plugins > LSPDFR folder. See if it works. If not, take ALL plugins out of your LSPDFR folder and place in a folder on desktop. You should only be left with LSPD First Response in your plugins folder and Radio Realism FR in the plugins > LSPDFR folder. See if you get any results with that. Not saying you have to play like that, this is just troubleshooting tips to make sure there is not another mod occupying your audio. Also just making sure you have replaced the audio for Radio Realism as well from my mod.

That fixed it. Is there anything I could do to still have XScanner installed? The only reason I was using XScanner in the first place was the independent volume control for dispatch; without it, it's very hard to hear dispatch over everything else, no matter my volume settings. Thanks for all the help so far!

hello i just joined and i did everything you said in the video and it works but arrest manager has an error and you still hear the default dispatch mixed with the AI voice like she will start the sentence and then the default will finish it or its just mixed between the 2 plz help

If you have ANY old audio, it's because you didn't delete the scanner folder before installing. Grand Theft Auto V > lspdfr > audio > scanner Also, you're using a mod that isn't supported by BlueLine Dispatch, so the audio isn't going to be the same as BlueLine Dispatch. This isn't ideal, but if you wanted to spend the time to try and find audio from BlueLine that matched, you could replace it yourself. Side note: I am not affiliated with this mod in any way; I'm just another user that feels like trying to fix something lol.

I have a question. I still use "Immersive Dispatch" by OfficerPope (yes, I know, it's prehistoric) and in-game I was noticing that the "codes" in ID dont match what the dispatcher responds to me. I mean, if I say "Show me busy," for example, the dispatcher responds with "In pursuit," and this also appears in immersive dispatch, meaning it marks me as being in pursuit. I cant figure out how to change this. Sorry if you don't understand some of what I wrote, but I dont speak english very well.

Yes, you can watch the Xscanner video fix in the description towards the bottom. Only a few minutes long. Also, there is a video to help with Dispatch volume. You should never have to use an external plugin to increase the audio output on your PC.

Umm like I said, I did everything he did in the video and still had mixed audio. The only time it stopped was when I coped all the audio files from Blue Line into the audio folder which he didn't mention in the video. Xscanner is a pain... I recently tried to fix it, but it keeps resetting every time I open the game, despite the settings being correct. At this point, I'm unsure if it's worth keeping. As for my audio volume, I use Xscanner to boost the volume of dispatch because I play my game loud, and the dispatch audio just gets buried in all the other sound. Unless dispatch volume is based on my media player volume or something. But thank you for all the help, even though I did it all the first time; I just had to redo it lol. Hey Matt, Regarding mod updates, I aim for a seamless process. I may add new Callouts with audio if they are popular within the community and are stable (not causing game crashes). If a current callout pack is updated by its original author, I'll typically include any new audio files they've added as well. For first-time users, all updates are included in one main download for easy installation. For current users, I provide a separate, smaller ZIP file containing only the update files for a simple drag-and-drop update.

It goes without saying, if you are installing mods on top of my BlueLine dispatch, it might overwrite some files. It is like that with any file that you install into any game. Open your BlueLine Dispatch v3.5 zip file Go to Other Audio Options folder BlueLine Scanner v3.5 Open that folder Install only the XCHATTR folder into this pathway: plugins > LSPDFR > XScanner > Audio You should now have the following file when finished. plugins > LSPDFR > XScanner > Audio > XCHATTR > XCHATTR_01.ogg If you are not seeing any of that. You need to redownload the BlueLine Dispatch v3.5 zip file again. I can assure you it is in there. There is also a Readme in there with more details in that BlueLine Scanner v3.5 folder.

Wouldn't be BlueLine Dispatch as those sounds were not replaced with my mod. Could be one of three reasons: 1. If you are using Xscanner you might need to look at your settings, possibly In / out? Somewhere in the menu 2. If you don't have Xscanner installed, I would just grab another Copy of GP and no reason to install everything, but open the plugins folder and navigate to plugins > LSPDFR > Grammar Police > Audio and just replace your PTT sounds only within that GP download. 3. Check your PTT settings in game to make sure they are working. Left Control + F2 default menu. Navigate to PTT and check your PTT setting sounds. See if any of that helps.

Might be another audio folder that you installed. If you double checked your Xscanner pathway (the most common 95% of players set this correctly and come to find out that it reverted back to default pathway) bug within Xscanner. Check your lspdfr > scanner > audio Look for other folders from other callout packs perhaps. The BLD v3.5 has no default audio possible.

The Dispatch mod is only a large audio file replacement. Will have no effect on Grammar Police itself as that is the main mod. If you have any callout packs installed previously, you need to replace those with the Callout audio that comes with BlueLine Dispatch. If Ultimate Backup is crashing only and STP seems to be trying to work, that is usually due to a XML file error. Are you able to stop by our discord? We have an Auto Log Reader that might be able to detect an issue with your XML files within Ultimate Backup. The dispatch mod is an audio replacement. It will not corrupt your other game files.

STP does not have audio for a Ped check. This has been the case with default LSPDFR as well. Policing Redefined does have that audio ability since the author of the mod coded it that way.

Hello Ben, that would be a custom Callsign. That is reserved for Tier 2 Patrons which is at the $10 level. You are more than welcome to sign up at that level and then DM me here on Patron the Callsign that you desire. I spend about 2 hours creating custom files (about 30 extra custom files) where dispatch specifically uses your Callsign to refer to you. The cadence is 100% so it sounds very natural and blends with the dispatch mod seamlessly.

That message is not from BlueLine Dispatch. That is from a Callout pack that you have installed. More than likely JM Callouts or possibly Campus Callouts. In other words, that is a message from the Callout Author, has no baring on the dispatch mod, so you can totally ignore that message. The Callout author should not be putting a warning message on your screen. Maybe message the author and let them know. You did every thing correctly.

Sounds like Campus Callouts. If you open the campuscallouts.ini, there's this line at the bottom - "UseBluelineDispatchAudio = true" It's set to false by default

Hi, first of all I'm really happy with the plugin! Thanks for creating this one. I have 2 issues: the dispatch does not say "good shift"etc. and my callsign is "robotic". Second thing is I installed 686 callouts and Kuchera callouts but the voices of the callouts are not the Blueline dispatch voice. It's combining a lot of voices. How do I fix this?

The Robotic type voice is pretty common. Grammar Police with LSPDFR is the same way, as it's not natural cadence. Grammar Police needs to pull several audio files to give out a Callsign, depending how long your Callsign is. If you are on a Tier 2 plan on Patreon, I can make that 100% natural cadence as I customize your callsign along with several other custom audio files. If you are not hearing "Showing you 10-41 have a good shift" or anything that sounds similar to that, you do not have your phrases set up correctly with Grammar Police. Feel free to watch Part 2 of the Grammar Police tutorial to help with phrases and creating your own. The file you would need to look at is called startpatrol.xml If you are hearing the old dispatcher with Kuchera Callouts and 686 Callouts, you did not install my Custom Audio last.

If you haven't done it yet I can tell you as someone who has, it is definitely worth the $10 to get it, It makes your patrols so much more immersive and plus if you plan on creating any content you will have a unique callsign that differs from everyone else who is playing LSPDFR on Youtube or where ever you post your content.

Hey there Tim, are you getting any Callout audio from other callouts? If it is every now and then, that would be the specific callout doing that. Meaning that the callout author did not assign any specific audio for that particular callout. If it is happening all the time, you may need to reinstall the BlueLine Dispatch and make sure that you have deleted your entire scanner folder out first as per the install video. Install the Callout Audio last if you are using those particular callouts in the Optional Callout Audio. If you are using Xscanner, watch the first video down at the bottom of the description and make sure that you have your audio pathway set up correctly. If that doesn't work with Xscanner, simply uninstall Xscanner and problem fixed.

The volume of the dispatch mod is generally good, but that specific folder is too loud. I edited each sound file to 5% volume to match the others. This volume issue was uncomfortable for my viewers and me while watching the videos. Other than that, I have no complaints. Great job updating the dispatch mod! I haven’t played LSPDFR regularly in a while, but I plan to get back to it soon. Thanks!

That wasn't the solution I needed to fix the issue. The volume was extremely loud, and my game volume is already set to 40%. I can't lower it any further because I use audio ducking, which would make the game too quiet when I talk over it. That's why I ended up editing the specific files to match the volume levels with the rest. It's not a big deal, but I thought there might have been an easier way to resolve it. No worries, Mike. You can if you like. That is what I plan to do, and I will stay there as long as things are stable. Crashes will happen, yes. That is the nature of modding. If that does not work, you may have to clear cookies from your browser, log out of Patron and log back in. Refresh this page once more and see if that works. If unsuccessful, try a different browser if you need to. Sounds like Patron was having issues with the upload, but it appears to be working on my end currently. I think the main problem was that I published the v3.6 and I had to make a slight edit adjustment to a few links and members were trying to download at the same time, so essentially it was in edit mode when you were trying to download the zip. If by chance you got the error "Path to long" during "extract all" of the zip folder like I did simply shorten the file name. I personally shortened it to "v3.6" and that seemed to do the trick. Never encountered that one before. Happy it all works great now!

Are you asking about the Xscanner Pursuit mod? I think that is a separate download from Xscanner correct? I can't mod that with audio due to the author of the mod hiding his audio. Not much I can do about that when a mod author intentionally hides their audio from others. However, if you are looking for a great mod that gives out the vehicle model, miles per hour, direction of travel, streets and locations etc. Then I would go for the Radio Realism FR plugin. It works 100% with the BlueLine Dispatch and I spent over a month making that. It's in the plugin list of being compatible with my mod. Link is in description. The audio replacement that you will use is called "OfficerporciPlugin AUDIO" found in your Optional_Callout_Packs v3.6 You might get a warning message if you ever do a Auto Log reader in discord saying that Radio Realism FR is out of date, but I have never had issues with it myself. If you are not using that Xscanner Pursuit extra audio and you are hearing the old dispatch? You need to watch the Xscanner video at the bottom of the description. All of my vehicles and streets are done with BlueLine Dispatch. Your pathway is incorrect.

If dispatch is responding by sending backup but no words are being spoken by dispatch, you might consider deleting your entire scanner folder first. Then reinstall the dispatch mod. I have never heard an issue like that from other users.

Man I'm confused as all heck. For some reason, my on scene stuff is not working. I got the Xscanner stuff figured out and I followed the Traffic Stop Audio video multiple times but the AI will not say anything when I go on a Traffic Stop or On Scene. I went back to the original install video to see if I missed something but it seems like I installed everything right. But when I say "Dispatch, show me on a traffic stop" or "Dispatch, show me on scene" it will pop up in the bottom left of the notification but the AI will not say anything. So basically you are not hearing any audio if you say "Dispatch show me on a traffic stop" ? If you switched your scene.xml to be unrecognizable (which is what I recommended on the video) there should not be any audio except for a "copy" from dispatch. Question: When you say "Dispatch, show me on a traffic stop" are you getting the status switch to traffic stop at least? If not, then there is an issue with the phrases. I understand that you copied my folder over, but it could be other issues that is not allowing the status change. If you are getting a status change, but no audio, then there is probably an issue with your GP_CAUTION folder. Perhaps the files did not transfer, or maybe they got deleted out after you copied, pretty easy to do that as I have a tendency to hit ALT+Z sometimes after I copy over a folder etc. My advise: Double check that dispatch is changing your status to "Traffic Stop" after you say "Dispatch show me on a traffic stop" make sure you say the words "show me" in particular. If no audio plays, press your F4 to bring up Rage Console. Look at the text on the screen, see if you see anything related to Grammar Police "Could not find audio GP_CAUTION_01.wav" for example. If that is the case, then the GP_CAUTION folder does not have the audio files in the folder, which basically means you just need to reinstall the Traffic Stop Audio in the Optional Audio folder of your BlueLine Dispatch. You will need to unload lspdfr first, reinstall and then load lspdfr again and forceduty. Let me know if you need further help.

Yes you can use both, but you need to watch that video in reference to Xscanner in the description towards the bottom of this video. Your audio pathway needs to be correct and definitely needs to direct the audio pathway to lspdfr > audio > scanner This pathway will have the Radio Realism FR that calls out all the streets, model of car, how fast the car is going, direction of travel etc. BTW: Have you ever considered just running broadcastify live radio broadcast in the background as you patrol? I have been doing this for 8 years now and I never have to deal with Xscanner.

If you had Xscanner and uninstalled it and you are still not hearing the dispatch mod then you need to do the following. Delete your entire scanner folder 100% - yes delete it out. Reinstall the BlueLine Dispatch. It is impossible to hear the old dispatcher with my mod. Only way that happens is that you did not install my Callout Audio, or you are using another plugin like Ambient Dispatch or another plugin that is conflicting.

The "Unloadplugin LSPD First Response" is just a command you would put into the F4 Rage Console. Then you would type "Loadplugin LSPD First Response" then type "ForceDuty" This is mainly done when you make any changes to any plugin while still inside the game, or if you just need to reload lspdfr the correct way if needed. Is this audio the only audio that you are not hearing? In other words, you are hearing audio like "Copy" "Code 4" and you are hearing Backup audio from other officers responding to the scene correct? But you are not getting the traffic stop audio or even audio that says "Showing you on scene" correct?

LSPDFR and Grammar Police have random audio files. You are probably just hearing one right now, but trust me you have a lot more. They just play ..... randomly. If you are referring to the start of shift like "Dispatch show me 10-41" it will give you the start of patrol audio, but only if you have your phrases set up correctly within Grammar Police.

Just a quick question, when I've initiated a traffic stop and want to call for an additional unit. It seems no matter what I tell dispatch. I only get felony back-up, would you happen to know what exactly do I need to say to just get the one normal code 2 unit? I'm using StopThePed and Ultimate Backup if that helps. Thanks for the help

Merry Christmas Garrett, Basically your status needs to indicate that you are on a traffic stop. If you have Grammar Police (only way to do it) you should have a status at the bottom left for example. It needs to read traffic stop. I usually say "Dispatch, SHOW ME on a traffic stop" and she changes status to traffic stop. Once that happens, you should now be able to say "Dispatch, REQUESTING Code 2 Backup" it will attach a traffic stop backup to your location. If none of that works, it probably has something to do with your phrase xml setup being incorrect and that is harder to troubleshoot over Patreon comments. I would need to see your files. If you want to use my phrases for your Grammar Police, mine are linked at the very bottom of this video under Useful links. Mine are set up correctly, you could look at me en-GENERIC folder or simply use it for yourself.

Have you purchased the accessory components from TLS? If so, they would be installed in the same location where the pistol resides. If you have it installed I can help give some info on how to get it onto the weapon with mods like STP or PR.

Dispatch version doesn't matter. You can still be on version 1.0 for the dispatch mod, it would still work on any game version. More than likely your RageHook and LSPDFR are out of date. You need to update that to fit your game version.

Yessir i have it installed, i installed the accessory componets and the glock, just when i go to spawn the glock using the simple trainer it doesnt spawn, same as my DDm47 attachments, i get the rifles to spawn but the attachments say they spawn but they dont get placed on the rifle.

Like when I call for backup, the BlueLine Dispatcher speaks, but when it gets to the part where they say the location, the old dispatcher talks. Is there a way I could fix this? Remove Xscanner, problem solved. Pretty sure Xscanner needs an update. However, be sure that you are not installing other types of audio for Streets on top of the BlueLine Dispatch. For example Rich's Police Enhancements has a Street audio download, which you do not need, or maybe another plugin that has audio and you are not replacing the Callout / Plugin audio , for example Radio Realism FR. That custom audio is in your BlueLine dispatch etc. Chances are it's still Xscanner being Xscanner, best to uninstall it and see if it solves the issue. It would be impossible to hear the old dispatcher with BlueLine Dispatch installed, unless you have installed some extra audio over the top of it.

Not really, the BlueLine Dispatch mod is a huge audio overhaul. It doesn't control the functionality of Grammar Police. If you are having issues with Grammar Police and not understanding you, you might need to update to the latest version and make sure you have the necessary Microsoft Speech Platform installed. Opus49 has a tutorial and also a reason why people on Windows 11 would need to update their Grammar Police. That video is on his download page for Grammar Police.

Hey mike, purchased 3.6 and no matter what i do she says my callsign in the generic robotic voioce. i also use sam 44 cause it sounds cool and easy to say with grammar police. I totally get it—that 'robotic' transition can definitely break the immersion. The reason that happens is because the mod has to stitch three separate audio files together (SAM, 40, and 4) in real-time, which creates that clunky cadence. To get that seamless, realistic sound you see in my videos, I actually offer personalized callsigns at the $10 tier. I personally record and customize the audio so it’s one fluid file instead of three. It also includes 30 extra custom audio files to round out the experience. So you know the plugin you use to load all your mods Rage Plugin hook well if you hold shift on start up of that where it says plugins or scripts one of the two. Make sure it loads none of the plugins on start up. And when you load into gta click F4 and type LoadPlugin LSPDFR first response.dll and that should work if not i aint sure

Do you have Stop The Ped installed, or Police Redefined? You are probably using the Native Plate Return system with Grammar Police instead of taking advantage of your other main mods. Be sure that you have installed the Required Addon for either STP or PR. Navigate to your Grammar Police custom.ini Find your [BackupHandler] Change each setting to = 1 for STP / UB Or Change each setting to = 2 for PR The above would depend on if you have an up to date Grammar Police version.

Well I can assure you it's not the dispatch mod. The dispatch mod is a complete audio overhaul. It has no influence over your game or other mods installed. That sounds like a DirectX type of error. Maybe go to your GTA 5 settings in game and see if you can change it to DirectX11. If that does not help, feel free to drop by our discord for more help.

i keep getting this problem where when i load lspdfr.dll the speech engine doesnt run even tho i have speech platmform msi runtime ms speech (made sure its SR idk whats going on one more thing where the speech engine not running popup at the right i also get an error for language below where it says your callsign and status and yes i installed the languge pack for speechmsiruntime please help me on this problem ive been trying to fix my game for few days fixed the corrupted files but somehow not this

quickly a really good idea i think ppl would like to see come to life in LSPDFR is crime scene investigations, after a scene is finished like barricaded felon that's got a warrant or a robbery any callout that creates a scene. adding a plugin that adds police tape, block off roads (which could be done already e.g. auto roadblocks in the menu u can do it manually but maybe be able to add a dispatch call to grammar police telling dispatch to close every corner of the roads for the investigation ) but the thing abt these investigations is we never see a plugin that's more specific for a forensics team that asses' every clue like blood, any injuries like blunt force trauma that could determine what the murder weapon is e.g. a bat, metal pole, golf club u get the idea. don't get me wrong we do have some callout packs like the ones that i use in the blueline dispatch compatible callout list that do have a little crime scene with clues and suspects but i mean more in depth and specific that can be integrated into them callout packs. then after the scene is fully inspected and for example DNA on chewing gum or anything that the suspect may have forgot to clean up after himself, then putting a bolo out for the perpetrator of the crime then a ped will be generated and apprehended by a task force that u lead. hopefully this is a good idea because i do feel like that's what is missing from LSPDFR to really have the immersive long gameplay that brings us one step closer to real police scenes and investigations.

You have a plugin installed that has default dispatch. Now the question is .... which one is it? The BlueLine Dispatch is 100% converted. However, there might be something that you have installed on top of it. Have you installed any recent Callout Packs that included it's own lspdfr audio folder that is not yet compatible with the dispatch mod? If you really want to make sure things are 100%, Delete your entire scanner folder Grand Theft Auto V > lspdfr > audio > scanner Then reinstall the Dispatch mod, only takes about a minute or less. If any audio was hiding there, it is now gone. Then just be careful of any new plugin that you install that is not on the Callout Audio list.

The only callous I have are kuuchera and 636 and I installed them before blue line and used your compatibility folders onto of them. The only other plug-ins are PR, Damage framework and EUP, and I utilized your PR compatible files as well. Ill take another look and do another clean install when I'm home but im stumped.

When you have the chance go to this folder. Grand Theft Auto V > lspdfr > audio > scanner > RESIDENT Look at your wav files for this one IN_01.wav IN_02.wav Chances are, when you installed the dispatch mod, it did not copy over the entire wav files, or perhaps from an older install of another mod in the past it added an additional wav file like IN_03.wav for example. You should only have those two. From the video link you sent me, that looks like that particular file. If that is the case, I would leave the callout packs you have installed now and only install the Core Dispatch mod folder called _BlueLine Dispatch v3.6 If you do see an extra IN_03.wav or something like that. Delete it out as it's not needed. If you want to be 100%, delete entire scanner folder and reinstall v3.6 should be golden.

Using BLD Grammar police + policing redefined. When requesting tow it brings up a menu for tow trucks and flatbed. Is there an option somewhere within PR or GP that disables the menu and just sends a flatbed everytime? Thought I saw something like that in one of the videos.

Hey there Brad, sorry it normally doesn't take me 3 days to respond to questions like this. Unfortunately no. If the PR team would allow a setting in the config or if GP had a setting in there to control an action like a "wrecker.xml" "flatbed.xml" then the action would auto send the correct vehicle, it would be awesome. It's almost not worth even asking over Grammar Police to send a tow as you have to select a menu anyways. Maybe in the future, it will be added though.

John, that is just your browser being overly cautions with certain EXE files found inside the download. Not sure which browser you are on but if you are on Google Chrome, you would do the following. Go to your settings 3 dots to the top right of your browser. At the bottom go to settings Left Menu find Privacy and Security Go to Security Turn the Safe Browsing to "No Protection (not recommended)" Close browser completely. Then head back to the lspdfr site and see if you can download now. You might get a pop up asking you to allow, click on allow and continue download.

Yep, download Radio Realism FR and install it normally. Then go to your download for BlueLine Dispatch v3.6 and go to the Callout Audio folder. Look for a folder called "OfficerporciPlugin AUDIO" Drag that into your lspdfr > audio > scanner and overwrite any files from Radio Realism FR. Make sure you do not have Xscanner pursuits installed as it will just conflict with BlueLine Dispatch. FYI: If you ever have any RagePluginHook crash logs for any reason, it might flag Radio Realism FR as being out of date and to not use it. Personally I have never had an issue with the mod.

If you are getting mixed audio from a callout pack only, it could be that it may not be supported just yet for the dispatch mod or you might need to reinstall the Callout pack audio from the dispatch download.

Well, you would be the first to have this issue. If they were dll type files that normally flag the Windows Defender or other Antivirus type software, I could see that happening from most users. However, this would be the first time hearing how it influenced your Rage Hook. You might consider reinstalling RageHook over the top of your other one and then launch and see if it gives you the standard pop up to unblock it from the firewall.

TACSIMS Active Shooter doesn’t require modification as it lacks its own audio pack. That said, I have updated over 500 general crime audio files that any properly coded callout will utilize by default within the BlueLine Dispatch.

I love this plugin, but I'm having an issue. I have installed before but had to restart due to the update. When I first get into the game the dispatch is working fine. Without warning though, I will lose audio entirely. The dispatch is responding, but I have no audio going along with my callouts. Help please.

Never heard of that happening before. You might check your output settings on your system. Make sure there is no conflict where your PC is switching output devices. Also if you have anything wireless like a headset for example, this is a pretty common occurrence. Since I have zero clue on your setup. that is about all that I can offer as far as advice goes.

I think I figured it out, on the dispatch response preface, I originally wanted number 1. However, after switching to number 2, the issue was fixed. That is normal for Stop The Ped. Unfortunately there has never been an ability to get that ID check audio from regular LSPDFR and also Stop The Ped. If Beljojo (maker of Stop the Ped) would ever release his API functionality, then Grammar Police would add it in, but he will not share out his trade secrets which in my opinion is silly. However, Policing Redefined does have that ability.

If you are using Grammar Police, you would simply say "Dispatch Requesting Fire" or "Dispatch Requesting Fire Department" Or you can use your backup menu for Ultimate Backup or Policing Redefined and ask for Fire / EMS for example.

Make sure your audio pathway is set up correctly within Xscanner. Follow the video at the bottom of the description, about 3 minutes long in reference to Xscanner. If you are still not hearing the dispatch properly, then uninstall XScanner. I did not produce the BlueLine Dispatch to make it work with Xscanner, I only produced a bit of scanner files to work in the background. Uninstalling Xscanner usually fixes that issue. If you are still not hearing dispatch after uninstalling Xscanner, make sure your phone notifications are turned on (sounds like they probably are) go to GTA 5 settings and to the left look at notifications. If that is turned on and no dispatch? I would reinstall the BlueLine Dispatch at that point and just leave Xscanner uninstalled.

You can always change your keybinds for your Grammar Police menu in your custom.ini plugins > LSPDFR > GrammarPolice > custom.ini [Controls] Default is SettingsKey=F2 SettingsModifier=LControlKey Change it to something else like F12 perhaps. That way it's Left Control + F12

Chances are you have Xscanner installed, go to the video at the bottom of the description.

Mine are muted for a reason, you are using another mod that is calling on unneeded audio. In other words my mod is 100% perfect, I made sure of that. That is what over 2k hours of testing will do. There is exactly 7 audio files that LSPDFR has by default in the SUSPECT folder and 13 audio files in the SUSPECTS folder by default. The BlueLine Dispatch has 7 files in the SUSPECT folder and 14 files of audio in the SUSPECTS folder. You have other files from another source being called on. Here is the likely issues that will help you solve this. 1. You have Xscanner installed. As discussed on this video that you watched above on the full install, there is a video at the bottom that might help a bit for your pathways that are being called on by another mod that is not mine. 2. Possibly a callout pack or a different plugin that is not on the compatibility list for BlueLine Dispatch? Meaning they have their own audio folder. 3. You have some left over audio from a previous install of another audio source. My advice is to count the number of files you have in the SUSPECT and the SUSPECTS folder that is found in your lspdfr > audio > scanner If you have 7 in SUSPECT and 14 in SUSPECTS that is a good sign. Listen to each one, you should hear silence. There is a reason there is a silence and that is because my dispatch mod tries to maintain cadence and if you have audio that is broken up in 4 to 5 different spots ..... well then you end up with a boring dispatch that sounds robotic 😂 Good luck, let me know what you found out. I love my LSPDFR setup. but sadly, I am currently having an issue where Grammar Police now say ERROR and I need to check my SPEECH.txt file? I did the videos about trying to install the links for Microsoft, still doesn't work. & it happened out of the blue, and somehow on the other hand I cannot get my Callout Interface to open. Probably not going to add that into the dispatch mod. Over 90% of his callouts were not even calling on his own audio folder. Instead they would default to the crimes folder which as already been modified for the dispatch mod. TLDR: Only a few callouts could be customized, not worth doing.

That is the blueline scanner. Watch the video in description on how to install it into Xscanner if you like. You should be getting calls out as well, if your not getting callouts you need to install those. BlueLine Dispatch v4.0 will have it's own standalone plugin scanner, so stay tuned. Sure Follow these steps to insure that the old dispatch is 100% gone. 1. Uninstall Xscanner - You don't need it and it needs a major update as mentioned on the Xscanner video - it wil forget your pathway. 2. Delete Entire Scanner folder - lspdfr / audio / scanner - to ensure there is nothing left over in the scanner folder that may have the old dispatcher. 3. Reinstall BlueLine Dispatch v3.6 4. Only use the Callout Audio after you have installed any new Callouts that is 100% compatible with the dispatch mod.

Nothing is broken in my mod. Those are muted 100% on purpose. Helps with fluid cadence when dispatch is speaking. There are several other files that are muted on purpose as well and done on purpose to help dispatch speak in one fluid line of cadence.

You have something else installed that is preventing BlueLine Dispatch from working correctly. The main thing that people have installed is Xscanner that causes this behavior. If you do not have Xscanner installed, then I would simply delete out your entire scanner folder first, then reinstall BlueLine Dispatch as I can 100% assure you that every file has been modified from the top down. Few bits of advise or tips: 1. Either Watch the video at the bottom of the description related to Xscanner 2. Or you can Uninstall Xscanner and the problem goes away entirely 3. You are the first person to say the dispatch mod crashes their game. This would be impossible as the dispatch is a large audio overhaul, there are no dll files.

That would be a Grammar Police phrase issue. Key words to use is the words "Show Me" that would indicate to dispatch that you want a status change. Grammar Police is not a mod that understands everything, it has to be told what to do through your phrases. Find your status.xml and you can change certain keywords in there to help with status changes. status.xml will be found in your commands folder. Most people use phrases like "Show me on scene" "Show me on a traffic stop" "Show me on a meal break" "Show me investigating" "Show me clear" "Show me out of service" for some examples. But as previously mentioned you can change up your phrases so that you don't have to be generic with the words Show Me at all. You can change it up to "I'll be" or "I'm going" that way it may sound more natural. Like this: "Dispatch, I'm going 10-7" she will mark you Busy. But you need to add that "i'm going" in your status.xml Hope that makes sense. Sorry to respond in long format here. Most never read what I have to say anyways lol TLDR Change your status.xml good luck

No problem. I actually did attempt to modify JM Callouts back with BlueLine Dispatch v3.6 but 98% of the callouts were calling on the default Crimes folder found in the Dispatch mod already.

I gotcha, took me awhile to figure that out myself. I'll get more info on that for you, but usually you can go to EUP Menu and it is in at least 2 places if not 3. I will have to look that up again as I don't have mine installed currently. If I were to hazard a guess, maybe armor and parachute? I'll double check though.

Overall it would be up to you as the Felony Stop Feature is an issue with PR, like 50/50 if backup works correctly. I do have a lot of audio for PR which sounds nice, but if PR is causing you issues with other things as well for pursuit units, you could consider switching over. If it's just for the Felony Stop Feature only for the audio, and that is the only thing, it's just a small feature in the grand scheme of things. I think I do about 1 Felony Stop for every 10 or so gameplay sessions.

Hey Billy. Well unfortunately Stop The Ped has never offered Ped check audio since day 1. However, with a future update to either the BlueLine Scanner or maybe another mod that I might produce, I can mod that into people's game to finally give us audio. Policing Redefined has it, but STP does not.

Sure you can use XScanner with BlueLine Dispatch, just be aware that at any given time you might hear the old dispatch as Xscanner has issues saving the correct audio pathway of the dispatch folders. If you have issues in the future, I can't troubleshoot that unfortunately. I guess you could use Xscanner for the Live Radio - Then run the BL Scanner with it, but not sure how your FPS would do, never tried it. If you are using the Xscanner for Live Radio, are you using it for 3D spatial audio from vehicle? Or do you like to hear it on foot? If it's on foot, i would just use the link I shared for the Free Live Radio broadcast, no ads just straight live radio and run it in your browser. I did stuff like that for years on my channel.

Thanks! You can search vehicles and peds with PR. It would be in your InteractionSettings inside your Policing Redefined > Settings folder. When you pull up the config - press Left Control + F and do a search for the word "Search" should find the keybind there. I keybinded mine to the F10 key but can't remember if that is the default or not (Note: It might have a modifier attached like LControlKey, you can change this to none if you like). The search feature should be for peds and vehicles.

Hey Mike, as a German I wanted to point something out. In the International Emergency Logos (Number 16), you used the black-white-red flag (“Reichsflagge”). In Germany, this flag is strongly associated with right-wing and extremist groups today, even though it originally comes from the German Empire. Because of that, its use can be seen as problematic or misunderstood. You might want to replace it with the black-red-gold flag, which represents modern Germany and has no connection to National Socialism. Just a heads-up – I really enjoy BL Dispatch v4.0 and appreciate the work you put into this awesome mod!

If you have Xscanner installed, BlueLine Dispatch is not compatible with that. If not, you probably have another plugin installed that has extra audio.

Technically you are correct. You can use menus. Stop The Ped's menu system will trigger audio, Ultimate Backup will do the same, Policing Redefined as well. Grammar Police has 2 menus that you can use. You can use the Grammar Police Radio, default is the C key if I am not mistaken. You can also press LControlKey F3 for a similar menu system.

Thanks for V4, really enjoying it. After some use, I have found it would be nice if possible to be able to set a keybinding to swap between the car and ped radio, as going through the menu can be a faff at times. I like to think of the keybinding as if you are turning the radio volume up/on, could even potentially add some sound to this if that is a thing, like a haptic switch sound - just an idea. thanks for the reply and I've been watching your videos for long time because they do help a lot and i even bought your last dispatch and now this one. but this time i was messing with the F keys and when i pressed F10 i got 2 menus popping out so i went to your .ini to change they menu key and thats where i saw the volume for the car scanner volume and for the player scanner. and after i fixed the overlapping menus, i saw you can change it in the game too by opening the BlueLine menu. but once again thanks for the reply and thank you for all your hard work and making the game feel more realistic

That would simply be impossible. I never have the old dispatcher in my own mod. Did you remove your entire scanner folder before the install? Do you have Xscanner installed? If none of those are accurate, then you have another plugin that has tow truck audio that is not included with my mod.

Adding 4k files is normal, you are only replacing 3. So more than likely you already have it installed correctly. If you want confirmation, you can remove that scanner folder again. Should only have a sfx folder inside your lspdfr > audio folder. Then drag and drop the lspdfr and plugins folder into main game directory. Should install several thousands files and only ask you to overwrite 3 audio files. Those 3 overwrite files are for Grammar Police only.

hay i am just finished with installing the blueline dispatch. it works fine, the only thing is that the callouts "686, and supercallouts" wont react when i talk via grammar police to accept a call. is this normal? do i have to accept every call with the defalt key Y? or did i forgot to change a keybin

Default key is always the Y key. If the call does not accept, it might mean you are either too far away from the callout, and on rare occasions perhaps you are too close. Could also be that the callout does a Code 4 as it may not be currently working, so rather than crash your gameplay it just Code 4's the callout. If you are getting this routinely with these callouts, I would reach out to the mod author's comment section on their download. The BlueLine Dispatch has no impact on the callout itself.

You accept the callouts the same as every other one but when you get on scene you do have to hit Y to start the dialog when you get close to NPC who is put there and to keep the dialog going after each sentence. That is how the callous are made, nothing to do with BLD. I have both of those installed as well as about 9 others and they all get accepted the same way via callout interface. If you don't have that installed then that may be where your issue is.

yeah i installed callout interface and it worked now. But now i have the problem that my dispatch wont spell the name of a controlled ped. when i do a plate check she responds with the plate number. when i do a ped check then only the results pop up, do you might know what this is?

If you are using Stop The Ped, unfortunately there has never been any audio for a Ped check. Not sure why he designed it that way. Possibly in a future BlueLine Scanner update, I might be able to correct the ped check audio that is currently not implemented.

I dont remember mine ever spelling out the name of the ped but I have always had callout interface installed since I setup LSPDFR so it may be something that CI gets blocks but idk. As for reading back the plate numbers if you installed the standard setup for BLD then it should be reading back plate numbers. However if you installed the Muted Plate Numbers files under Muted Audio in the Other Audio Options folder then that is why you aren't getting the plate numbers read back from Dispatch.

Correct, you will move over 4k audio files, but you are only replacing 3, that's it. If it says you are replacing thousands of files, and not just copying them over, I would backup and start again and confirm scanner folder is no longer there. Video shows exactly what it will look like.

Sorry to respond late. In Game Press Left Control + F2 to get to your GP menu. Go to Immersion Settings. Look about 4 or 5 tabs down you should see "Handle Availability" make sure that is yes to enable. Pres Backspace to get back to the menu to save your configuration settings. GP will not handle your availability. If you are 10-7 or 10-42 out of service, you will no longer get calls. To test this theory, press your M key and look at your Police Radio, you should see your Radio turn either off or on depending on your status and what you are doing in game.

Hey! I've been using blueline dispatch for a while now, I love it and its truly changed the way I play lspdfr. I downloaded the new update, and everything seems to be working fine except for one major issue. When I talk to dispatch, it picks up what I'm saying, but doesn't respond in a voice, it only shows the little box in the bottom left corner. just wondering if you had any suggestions on what it could be, thanks!

The dispatch wouldn't cause that type of issue as it is an audio file replacement only. I am unclear what you mean by little box in the bottom left corner, are you referring to the scanner visualizer by chance? Did you move it to the left? Or are you referring to a different kind of box?

Hey, awesome work. Do you know of any way to extend the time you have to respond to a callout? Like between when a callout comes up and expires. I'm having trouble using your mod with Grammar Police where the callout often expires before or right after the dispatcher finishes describing the callout and I can't accept it using Grammar Police without interrupting her and speaking over her. It kinda ruins the immersion. Thanks!

Press Y during the callout as the dispatch is speaking. By the time she is finished speaking you are already attached. Then inform dispatch that you are enroute. That is what I have been doing for the past 10 years now. I took a poll for the community several months ago and explained to everyone that you only have 12 seconds to accept the callout. Overwhelming majority of the community wanted detailed callouts from dispatch. That is why there are several callouts that are over that 12 second timeframe. There is currently no way to extend the callout timeframe frame.

Okay I gotcha now. That is from Grammar Police. So basically Grammar Police is not understanding the phrase that it is given. If the phrase spoken is not clear, OR if the phrase is not spoken properly, you will definitely get that type of message. It would do the same thing to me as well and the reason you never see that message on any of my videos is because she is responding with a Generic response, meaning 10-4. If you go to your Grammar Police Menu (Press Left Control + F2 in game) then go to the Immersion Settings tab at the very bottom you will see that you can enable a Generic response. At least you will not get the "Say Again" message, instead she will respond with at least a 10-4 from that point forward. Don't forget to save your config. Now this is not the fix that you are looking for. The above tip is only for a bit more immersion rather than a silly message above the minimap that says Say Again. More than likely, dispatch is expecting a certain phrase and if you have the phrase mixed up (happens to all of us from time to time) you will get that type of message. Can you tell me exactly word for word what you are saying when you get that type of message?

Sorry, but this isn't what I'm worried about, I'll give you an example. I load up my game and go on duty. I say to dispatch, "Bravo 1-1 show me 10-8" or I'll just say show me available. usually, the dispatcher from the blueline mod who is the girl will say, "Copy that, showing you available, welcome on shift" or something along the lines of that. I installed the new 4.1 version and now I don't get a response, I only get that little box in the bottom that says, "Showing you available or etc".

Yes, but make sure you have a push to talk for the NPCI mod and make sure you are not using the same key as the dispatch key. The ped will try and respond to words spoken over the radio. Hope that makes sense.

Reinstall the full mod. Sounds like you do not have the correct files in there. Remember the update v4.1 only replaced 2 files, that is it. Version 4.1 is the exact same files but added 2 files. If you need more help, just drop by our discord as I can't see your files over Patron comments.

I moved my scanner folder from the audio,lspdfr folder into the new MY SCANNER folder. But when I add the new lspdfr and pluggins folder into the main game directory it adds the scanner folder back into it again. Do you purhaps know what to do to stop that?

I think you are over thinking this install process. You are doing it correctly. When you install the lspdfr and plugins folder, it will install the new scanner folder and only ask to overwrite 3 files. If you dragged both folders in, you already have it installed and yes it is that easy. 👍

Yes, I understand it overwrites 3 files. But when I move the files into my gta main directory, it says downloading the 4 thousand files. Even though I removed the files and look through to see if there was another scanner file. And when I go back, the scanner folder is back again.

I usually announce when the mod will update several times leading up to the actual update, through YouTube and also on Patron. You will need to come back to the same post (easier to just navigate to the shop front and click on the BlueLine Dispatch) and you will be downloading the new update like you did today. Patron does send out notifications through emails as well.

I just had to do a wipe and fresh install of GTA and LSPDFR because my install was getting very messy (for my liking) and I had problems everywhere (old plugins that were no longer being used etc...). So this day was a pain, but was very much needed! I just wanted to say that you've been the biggest help in making LSPDFR feel "fresh" and enjoyable like it was way back at the very beginning again! Hello! First of all this is a great mod!! Thank you for this!! Quick question, I am having issues when it comes to telling dispatch that I am on scene. I will say "show me on scene" or "mark me on scene" and dispatch does not recognize this and won't change the status. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I hope that one day we also get something like a BlueLine AI dispatch. It would be really cool to be able to talk to an AI dispatcher that can actually respond to you. Because with Grammar Police that’s not possible, you are only being contacted by dispatch for a safety check during a traffic stop, but you can’t really communicate back with it. A partnership between you and DoubleHook would be the best!

Hey Pablo, this is a common issue for anyone that is using BlueLine Dispatch. I took a poll on Patron and I asked the community if they preferred a longer descriptive callout so that it wasn't a short type of Callout. Over 90% wanted a longer callout message. Some Callouts will go over the 12 seconds to accept the callout. Watch any of my videos on YouTube when I get a Callout. Watch how I handle the Call and pay attention to my minimap. Then just follow the advise below. Here is the easiest way to handle Callouts. As dispatch is speaking, simply press Y to accept the callout. You are now already attached. You have all the time in the world to tell dispatch "Show me enroute", then head to the call. You will never miss a callout this way.

Please watch the BlueLine Scanner Demo video linked in the description. You can disable the visualizer if you like. Under Hud Tab in the menu. All covered on that video.

Depends on the Callout. Sometimes you might have to press END key. That wouldn't be on the dispatch side of things. Typically you can say "Dispatch, Show me Code 4" dispatch should change you to an Available status, but as mentioned you might need to press END. If you are having issues with that, it could be a Grammar Police phrase issue as well, feel free to come to the discord if you need more help.

Just a question i think you've talked about this before but if i want to install a callout pack but it has the original audio files how do i install it without overwriting the blueline dispatcher. and you also said that you probably shouldn't have more than 3 of the optional blueline audio callout packs correct?

Go to 14:30 on the video as it explains how to install the Callouts and the audio portion. If you are asking about a Callout Pack that has it's own audio and it is not included in my current Callouts packs, I simply would not use it for now. Otherwise you will just have the old dispatcher. If it's a Callout pack without an audio folder, it will feed off the main BlueLine Dispatch, so no worries. As far as how many callout packs, it would be up to you. I can only give advise on my personal experience. I wouldn't install more than 3 Callout packs at a time. Most Callout packs already have more than 10 callouts each and some even have as many as 30+. It's a matter of preference, I like to keep things minimal and it is also an easier way to identify crashing issues.

I could be mistaken but I had an issue with PR where my code 2 backup was still using the old dispatch, I've found the problem was your files in my 4.1 download in folder PR_RespondingCodeTwo are named PR_ProceedWithCaution_... where as the files from the old dispatch are called PR_RespondingCodeTwo_... I've renamed them and deleted the old dispatch files and all working now

I need help. My original scanner folder (which I had to copy to its new "My Scanner" folder, and then delete from the game file. Idk if that matters. It didn't give me the option to "move" but rather "copy") is gone but it still says I'm copying 4600 files from the blueline dispatch file folder into the gta main directory.) I dont understand what I did wrong. I took out the original scanner file so that only "sfx" is in the audio file of lspdfr. This isn't normal, is it? Update: So I figured it out and got it working. The mod works great. The only things I seem to have an issue with are the ways I talk to dispatch, like telling her the plate number and peds name when asking for a search. I can say "Get me a plate check" and she'll understand, but if I tell her the plate number itself after, she doesn't. Same with names. Is that something I'm misunderstanding (like, I see you do it on videos and it seems to work fine) or is that a separate mod I need? Also, and this one seems more straightforward, but how do I get rid of the panic button sound when reporting shots fired? I don't like it. Update: I figured this one out myself lol

Hey Devin, sorry you had some issues with the install. I probably should have been more clear as you were not the only one questioning copying over the files versus replace. For the way you speak to dispatch, you got most of it down already. What you are experiencing is a detachment of how Grammar Police operates and what is seen on a video for example. I like to refer to this as "Smoke and Mirrors" meaning it is 20% real and 80% fake. So for example, if I were asking dispatch for a plate check on a Black Sadler near Davis. It might sound like this "Dispatch I need a Plate Check on a Black Sadler with license plate number 724 DAVID EDWARD ROBERT 678, occupied x 2 on Davis Avenue" What is real? "Dispatch I need a Plate Check ..... " What is fake? " on a Black Sadler with license plate number 724 DAVID EDWARD ROBERT 678, occupied x 2 on Davis Avenue" Sorry to disappoint, but dispatch does not understand anything after those words "plate check" as the above example. She only hears the first 1 - 5 words and that is it. That is where you the player, adapt and describe your surrounding and roleplay out your own playstyle. Make sure Hold to Talk is always selected as Yes under your Immersion Settings tab. Press Left Control F2 in game for the GP menu, go to Immersion Settings, it will be at the top and you hold down that talk key. You have 45 seconds to describe everything you want. Also, enable generic responses as it helps your roleplay even better. If you want the old dispatcher back in, just download LSPDFR again manually and install the lspdfr folder only. You will now have the old Rockstar Robotic Dispatcher. I must admit you are the very first person to want the old dispatcher though, good luck!

This mod is awesome! I found lspdfr when I saw your vid in my youtube feed on npcai. Awesome channel btw I'm now going to be on the look out for more videos. After having fun playing it and hearing the difference between default grammar police and this I just had to support and get it. This looks like it took a lot of work and passion! I've noticed that both GP_Advise and GP_Attention_unit as well as a few other wave files within the GrammarPolice Audio folder files are blank Is this intended? The name leads me to believe there's supposed to be something there.

Hey Kevin, yes you are seeing this correctly. This is the magic of how the dispatch mod works. That is from thousands of hours of testing to see which files are actually needed and ones that I can stealthily mute to keep the dispatch in a better cadence of fluid sentences. If those were not muted, you would essentially hear a robotic, broken up audio of different vocal pitch variance. You will find this across several files and even some callout packs as well.

I am using STP and Npcai, When they hasnd me the ID it just has the name and date of birth. I saw in your video that the address came up when they gave you their ID above the minimap

Ya that is the issue with STP, it never provides the address at all. If you request ID or Driver's license. What you are seeing in the last few videos is Policing Redefined. That will give you all the information with the address. With NPCAI and PR if you ask for an ID - it will be a state ID with no address, if you ask for their driver's license it will provide the address. TLDR: Only way to get the address is with PR

Just got this and I am curious how i get blueline dispatch to talk to, i did everything in the video, and installed grammar police. BUT when I talk to dispatch, It just gives me normal grammar police. Blueline you able to help me out here? Edit: It does seem to work now, but I will say "Show me 10-8" I get a reply from the radio. but it seems to have the grammar police regular radio or not show me avaliable for calls but have the blueline dispatch audio, and Grammar police sometimes overlays blueline in the backround. Otherwise in other things it works.

If you followed the video 100% and removed your scanner folder and installed the BlueLine Dispatch, it would be impossible to hear the default dispatcher. Every file is already modified for you. So either the scanner folder was not removed prior to install, or all of the files did not copy over. The only other alternative to this would be that you have Xscanner installed or other plugin audio that is not compatible with this mod.

I removed the folder to my desktop, and installed BlueLine. That is weird. I may try reinstalling. I also dont use any other scanner things besides Grammar Police/BlueLIne. By any chance would using Open 4 the whole time change anything? And I appreciate the response! And over time it appears that removing some of the sounds for the audio folder (besides the ones that sound like the Dispatch you made) did it. Besides the part that I can hear BlueLine Acknoledge me, but It does nothing. Second to lastly, will a next version have customizable dispatch sounds (different voices/accents)? And Finally, (hopefully) will the next blue line dispatch have to be paid for separately or do we get automatic access to it.

No problem, it is easy to do things out of order. The only thing on that list that I would highly suggest that you remove is VocalDispatch - Mainly because that mod is 9 years old and severely out of date. But ..... I have been around the mods long enough that you accidently put that in your list as it is inside the Stop The Ped folder. Feel free to delete that folder out as it's not needed. If you bought the dispatch mod, you will get free updates. I really don't have any plans just yet to include other accents. I do want to be transparent here, I am working on another dispatch mod that will be similar in nature that it will have BlueLine Dispatch as a major audio source, but this new mod may end up being something completely separate. I will not know until further testing is done. Stay tuned on more info on that.

VocalDispatch is empty besides something that says "This folder only required if you have Vocal dispatch" and belo is ultbackup.ml and stoptheped.ml. and your saying to delete the stoptheped folder in the plugins or the vocaldp. and is there a command to lift the emergency traffic only for backround besides saying code 4, and something that does nothing besides lift it? sorry for being a issue! and I most likely am going to buy that dispatch mod if/when it comes out, as i am looking to keep supporting your good work!

I noticed another thing, theres a yellow giant circle whenever I go on duty, any reason you kno for that? It may be caused by a old callout, but even when i launch again it is still there. I appear to get callouts saying "a off duty cop has spotted the suspect vehicle near vinewood" when I have no callout active.

Heya! I'm new to lspdfr so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there a way to get the dispatch or units in a pursuit to talk like they would with the radio realism fr mod but with the Blue Lines Dispatch audio? I swear I've heard people use blue lines for updates on the vehicle type/model/colour/direction/speed etc throughout the pursuit, but for me I only hear it sometimes at the start of the pursuit but then it's silent for the rest of the pursuit. Any help is much appreciated thank you!!

I love this mod, GREAT work, ty for this! Using this with NPCAI changed the game for me. One thing tho, english is not my first language, and im trying to write down and memorize your "10" codes etc from different youtube videos. I will assume you have RadioRealism FR installed. Have you installed the audio pack found inside your New Callout Audio replacement folder. It will be labeled as Radio Realism FR. Not really a Callout but it is a replacement audio pack. So make sure you have installed that first. RadioRealism FR will still function like that as you described, but to be honest it is kinda hit or miss how much audio gets played. Most times, it does give direction of travel, speed and a few other audio, but RadioRealism FR is starting to become out of date unfortunately and some of the audio may or may not trigger as what the mod author intended. I can't think of anything at the top of my head that would silence the rest of the pursuit for you, other than RadioRealism starting to fail on calling out audio as it should, probably getting old now. You could try and uninstall it (just the plugin itself, leave the audio folder in your scanner folder) see if LSPDFR naturally does most of the pursuit on it's own, it might be able to find the files in that folder believe it or not.

Thanks. You don't really have to memorize 10 codes, those are codes that I added into my phrases. Most police agencies are starting to go to common speech anyways. Yes they still use them, but with bodycam being more and more available, a lot of agencies want full transparency. If you want to watch my Grammar Police part 2 video, it will teach you how to add in your own phrases for different actions and commands. TLDR: My new dispatch mod that I am working on will work 10x better for you so that you don't have to memorize 10 codes 👍

Well remember this is a complete Audio Overhaul. This mod does not make Grammar Police Smart like that. That is why I provide the videos at the bottom of the description in reference to Grammar Police part 1 and Part 2. If you are having issues with Grammar Police understanding you, it could be a few things going on. Could be your phrases, maybe you do not have the proper phrases added in correctly or to your liking. If so, watch part 2 of that Grammar Police video. It will help you set up key phrases. If your microphone is having issues or if you are having issues with your Speech Engine, you will need to go to Opus49's discord so that they can see your files better and troubleshoot.

I might try and take a look at the street audio volume levels and adjust that a bit. You could do like I do and mute those. Personally I do not like to hear any street audio or location as it feels like unneeded extra audio. If you want that option for now, take a look under the folder called "Other Audio Options" you can always reinstall install it as well with a simple drag and drop in the main game directory.

Go to your GrammarPolice folder > Audio > see if you have your audio files in there. They should look like this priority_start.wav priority_middle.wav priority_end.wav If you can click on those and hear the correct audio, then it's not BlueLine Dispatch that is the problem. That is a Grammar Police issue. Drop by the discord for more help if you want. v4.1 - had no audio changes for the tones.

Thanks for the info. This is not common. In fact, I have had zero complaints about it crashing your game. It might be that you have an incorrect version of NAudio installed from a different mod. I have seen a plugin fairly recently on the LSPDFR site that was using a different version of NAudio than my BlueLine Scanner and also NPCAI if you have that installed, that could cause crashing. So you could attempt to reinstall the BlueLine Scanner and it might correct that issue. Perhaps you can come by the discord and share your RagePlugin Log file so that my mod team can identify the issue.

The disbatch doesn't seem to hear me clearly. which Is weird because I never have this problem with NCP AI. For example if I ask for a tow vehicle it sends code 3 (police) backup. Am I doing something wrong? amazing mod btw :)

Could be how the Microsoft Speech Engine is hearing certain words or it could be the pattern of your request that you are making. Microsoft Speech Engine with Grammar Police has strict phrase guidelines and they would need to be in a particular order as to how you say them. NPCAI does not use Microsoft Speech Engine, it uses natural speech. BlueLine Dispatch is basically a huge audio overhaul, but it's main spoken mod that it relies on is Grammar Police mod. For example: "Dispatch, I have a vehicle that needs to be towed" - If you don't have a phrase similar to that in your tow.xml it will never work. What Should work: "Dispatch REQUESTING a Tow Truck" My new mod I am creating will be able to understand that first example for intent. Hoping to release this in July.

Well the BlueLine Dispatch is a huge audio overhaul. Core audio files are about 7k audio files. With the Callout packs it's over 13k audio files. They are designed to go into certain pathways for GTA 5 LSPDFR Single Player gameplay.

Hey, I'm having an issue with Blue Line Dispatch and Grammar Police. I installed Grammar Police because the installation guide said it was required, but it doesn't load at all in-game. LSPDFR and all my other plugins load fine. I've installed Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime 11 and the English language pack, but when I try to manually load Grammar Police through RAGEPluginHook, I get: Could not load file or assembly 'GrammarPolice, Version=1.8.3.1' I've reinstalled it multiple times and checked the installation, but nothing seems to work. Also, with Blue Line Dispatch installed, I sometimes still hear the original female LSPDFR dispatcher voice. It doesn't happen all the time, but some dispatch messages are still played by the default female dispatcher. My versions: GTA V: 1.0.3788.0 LSPDFR: 0.4.9 Build 9572 Grammar Police: 1.8.3.1 Is Grammar Police still compatible with these versions, and is it normal to occasionally hear the original female dispatcher with Blue Line Dispatch? Made an announcement on discord stating my apologies for downplaying GP. It is a much needed mod and truly respect the amount of work Opus put into that mod. I fucked up by diminishing his work by saying the new "Dispatch mod will replace Grammar Police". Terrible choice of words and I regret them. He put the mod back on lspdfr but he is not offering further support I guess.

In all fairness I hit Y most times as the dispatcher can speak for up to 14 seconds sometimes which is past the time to accept the call. After she is done speaking I have already pressed the Y key, then I say "Dispatch Show me enroute." If she is not attaching you, you might just have to look at your accept.xml inside your grammar police folder under actions folder, whichever folder you have your phrases in. See if you have that type of phrase in there, it should be there. Like "en route" "I'll check it out" "on my way" etc.

I would say this is a good dispatch audio, but it has a very common bug when a call comes in, it is just static the entire time and makes it impossible to communicate, and request any units. The only way to clear it is to restart the entire game again and get everything set back up. Also when marking arriving onscene, CAD shows onscene but dispatch says traffic stop. These need to be fixed. I had to switch back to Vanilla dispatch because of this.

The static "bug" as you mentioned is not the BlueLine Dispatch audio. In fact you are the first person to mention this problem over the past year. You are hearing dispatch say Traffic Stop because you did not follow the instructions correctly. You installed the Traffic Stop Audio in the Optional Audio Folder without watching the correct video that is mentioned on this full install instruction. LSPDFR allows 12 seconds to accept the callout. So if you don't want to press the Y key. You would have to use press dispatch key as she is speaking and say the following. "Dispatch SHOW ME enroute" "Dispatch I'll check it out" "Dispatch on my way"

Love this as always - any chance you can update the audio for West coast callouts? alot of good callouts on there and I often pair it with Kuchera as a 2 in 1 for my needs since the other callouts can be a little too hectic.

Thanks for the comment. West Coast Callouts does not have an audio folder. So there is nothing to modify. If the Callout Author coded the callouts correctly, hopefully he directed his callout audio to the "CRIMES" folder where I have well over 500 crime audio. If your not hearing any audio, he may not have done that correctly unfortunately.

Since installing the 4.2.1 update, when I say "show me on a traffic stop...", the dispatch lady no longer says "Showing you on a traffic stop ready for that plate..." She just says "showing you on scene". Why is that? Is that something you removed or did I install it wrong? Not sure, I didn't make it for other mods like that. It works for Grammar Police currently 100% It will also work for my new mod coming out in July. Other AI dispatch mods that are popping up left and right, can't say it would work or not. My folder structure is set up strategically to work a certain way and if other mods do not call on the audio properly, then you will not get the full benefit of this BlueLine Dispatch Audio overhaul. My mod coming will not only call on all of my audio, but also call on very unique audio never heard before.

Nothing to fix on your end Agniya, I will be coming out with an update to BlueLine Scanner probably by tomorrow. I have a feeling it has a lot to do with other mods being brought into LSPDFR that use NAudio files. Some mods out there are starting to upload updated versions of NAudio without researching what the vast amount of the community are using with other mods. So it is starting to cause conflict. I haven't had issues with BlueLine Scanner for the past several months and a mod like this just doesn't suddenly start crashing, especially without LSPDFR, RageHook or even GTA 5 updating.

Feel free to move files where you would like. You would have to do all of that on your own as this mod is not meant for other dispatch systems. When you say Radio Chatter, are you referring to the BlueLine Scanner folder perhaps? Or are you referring to other audio returns?

Hey just got the product yesterday and its amazing! however I have some issues with the voice recognition, I see people in videos speeking freely even addind info as in car model and passangers, my dispatcher can't understand or recognizes complicated stuff, code 4 10-8 are the only stuff she recognizes it does not. I am speaking directly into the mic and I have a quiality one so I think its not the problem here.

The issue is with the phrases itself. You will need to start creating phrases that work for you. Grammar Police works off the Windows 11 speech recognition and it is not as versatile as Windows 10 use to be with better speech recognition, so most users need to make up for that lack of ability. Go into your folder where your phrases are located at. Most users pick en-GENERIC folder. You should have a custom folder. If you do not have a custom folder and only have a default folder, you would need to create a folder and call it "custom" add your default phrases for your actions and commands (easiest way is to just copy both actions and commands folder) into your custom folder and then you can start modifying. Start with actions folder first, there you will find a multitude of xml files (use Notepad ++) easier to edit phrases. Once you get the custom folder down - watch this video here - should help a bit get some phrases going, then you can venture off and start creating more. https://youtu.be/3G98a_FFcDg Hope that info above helps. Video is kinda old as it doesn't mention anything about custom folder, the custom folder was removed for whatever reason by Opus49 over the last few years and now it has just confused most people. So you will have to create a new custom folder if you haven't already done so.

Dispatch feeds off the scanner built within LSPDFR. These are all wav file based so you would need to watch the video that is linked at the bottom of this video in reference to dispatch volume. Most every time it is a PC setting that you will need to adjust as the wav files are set just below peak volume.

Not too familiar with a code 9. The dispatch does have a priority air held tone for start mid and end. For example "Dispatch hold the air" every 60-90 seconds you get a beep. Already built into Grammar Police.

The default for Grammar Police, you can say something like "Signal 100" then when done or want to cancel you can say "Clear Signal One Hundred" those can be modified in your commands folder inside your grammar folder for priority_tone.xml

Hello Moe, it's a good suggestion and I do like it. However, that bit of audio would need to come from the Callout author. When a mod author is creating a Callout, they pick which audio gets played at the start of the call. If they mod author did not pick audio like this, it usually will come over as the dispatch just asking any local unit, or anyone in the area type of thing. I am starting into developing my own Callouts, you will hear more about this soon. I will consider adding some calls like this. Thanks, Mike

Hey there Austin, welcome! I am new myself, just joined 48 hours ago lol and I'm in love. It just have happened that I did run into the same issue and found a solution myself. Go to the source game, exactly where LSPDFR is located ( C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V Legacy\lspdfr ) and open the keys.ini where you will edit the following lines like so: TOGGLE_POLICECOMPUTER_Key=None TOGGLE_POLICECOMPUTER_ModifierKey=None TOGGLE_POLICECOMPUTER_ControllerKey=None TOGGLE_POLICECOMPUTER_ControllerModifierKey=None Good luck!

@Austin - If you have a trainer installed (For Example: Simple Trainer is a good one) make sure you have "Never Wanted" enabled. You can find that under the Options menu. so i love this mod but for some reason i still hear the odd dispatch for like a sec but also how are you able to tell the dispatch that the car is going 60 west bound because when i do it, it doesnt give the same reponds it say sending code 3 backup is there a way to fix it or is it you dispacth mod thats unrealse, also it all ways send code 3 backup even if i say code 2 also it does it when i say im going to a traff stop so it might not be hereing me right do you know how i can fix it?

Here are some quick answers to get you sorted, but for more detailed troubleshooting, feel free to join our community Discord: Ambient Dispatch Audio: Make sure you have Simple Trainer installed with "Never Wanted" turned on to mute the default ambient scanner. Also, ensure no other plugins are overriding your audio files. Speed/Direction Calls: That is likely from a separate plugin called Radio Realism FR (links in the description). I have custom audio for it in the New Callout Audio folder—just install that folder last and overwrite the files. Backup Codes: Pursuits default to Code 3. Traffic stops default to Code 2 (though if you use Policing Redefined, Code 2 backup still arrives with lights and sirens).

You are probably thinking about the BlueLine Scanner v1.5 That was the only thing that updated recently about 2 weeks ago. That is incorporated with the full download. I typically have the updates on Patron for 2 weeks as a separate download. After 2 weeks, the updates are removed to not promote confusion for new users. So you could either download the full v4.3 zip file and you will have the update for the BlueLine Scanner in the download, or I can provide you a separate link if you want.

If you are getting the old dispatcher for your Callsign or any other audio, you probably do not have the dispatch audio installed correctly. I would suggest that you reinstall BlueLine Dispatch over again and completely delete out your scanner folder first. Just follow the video as I cover the install and also the Callout Audio installs in the main video here. 100% of the time when I get comments about the old dispatcher, it is something else that is installed incorrectly or perhaps you have something that is installed that is also covered in the video that you should not.

Not really sure if it works with Nexus Dispatch. From others that use that mod, they say that it is compatible. You would need to contact the mod developer though to make sure that is accurate. This mod was not originally produced for that mod, but more for Grammar Police, Stop The Ped and Policing Redefined.

I suggest that you have a Trainer installed like Simple Trainer is a good one. Go to Options and make sure that Never Wanted is enabled. Then make sure that you save your settings in the trainer. The save feature is in Options to the far right.

Remove your scanner folder and replace the old scanner folder. You saved it right? Now try and see how your game plays. You will notice that your game crashes again, because it's not BlueLine Dispatch as it's an audio mod. Visit our discord if you have problems.

This is the Audio mod, not the new Dispatch coming out July 31st. If you want to "HEAR" Arabic, you would have to convert 14k audio files as this is English Only. If you are asking about the New BlueLine Realism Dispatch mod coming out, then yes, you can speak Arabic, but the audio will still respond in English.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Make sure your Grand Theft Auto V version is at least v3586 or newer: it works on versions 3725,3751 and 3586 is newer than the 3411 version where it plays for a while but doesn't close the game but disables all mods

I tried it with the 3095 version which already had enough mods and the scanner seemed to work well. After that I downloaded the 3411 version files to the 3095 version and the scanner also worked without crashing, so adding mods a little at a time will clear up the incompatible mods.

What do I do with the original audio folder from scanner folder nothings mentioned in the readmeese. As a result I am going to have to reinstall 686 call out pack nothing else has given me a error message but I take it I may have to reinstall all my other call out packs that have audio with them?

Reinstall the BlueLine Dispatch Audio overhaul right on top of the files and uninstall Xscanner as this mod does not blend well with Xscanner. I did just upload a brand new video to this mod about 10 minutes ago, you could watch it if you like it. Knocked down the video time for install from 45 minutes to like 13 minutes 👍 Come by the discord if you need further help.

You can do it either way. HOWEVER, do not remove your scanner folder after you just installed BLR Dispatch as you just pulled your BLR audio out. I would just leave the scanner in place, Install the BlueLine Audio Overhaul, then install the BLR dispatch. They will not overwrite each other if done that way.

You did not install it correctly. Follow the new video install. Install this Audio overhaul first, then install BLR Dispatch. You probably removed your scanner folder that had the BLR audio. That is why I uploaded a new video to dispel the confusion.

Yeah I know yours works with gp but in order to use the nexus tablet. You have to either use gp, bl, or their dispatch. You can't combine them. I was using yours but the it wasn't functioning correctly. If that makes sense. I watched your video on the nexus mdt. That's what made me get it but mine isn't working like yours.

Hey I have a random question for GearCopy. It worked perfect for the plugins>PolicingRedefined EUP backups etc but I found a few vanilla NPC police specifically the policeb highway patrol men and they are hiding in the lspdfr>data>agency.xml section of things. When I tried to switch them out the same way as I did in the PolicingRedefined spot they ended up in civilian clothes. Do you know how to get them in EUP clothes or remove them entirely?

This type of question is a bit too hard to answer over Patron comments. If you want to post this question in discord you might get a better response. However, this topic, most will never rarely reply back as it get rather complicated and detailed. No YouTube videos covering this as well. Al I can say is, I wouldn't touch the agency.xml but rather download a 9.3 config for starters by Joe Wilson. He has decent files that should go in the Custom folder. There is an agency_eup that you might try and edit. The uniforms really don't get edited there by the way. They primarly get edited in the outfits_sahp_eup or something close to that name. As you can see, just me typing this all out is too complicated. I keep waiting for people to ask for a lspdfr\data style video but most do not want to watch an hour long video that dives into that stuff lol You can try posting on the discord if you like and you might find a knowledgeable person that will walk you through it

BlueLine Audio Overhaul replaces the audio. Something to consider - There are not a large number of mods that are compatible or at least tested with Enhanced. That is why 99% of players stick to Legacy.

It will be created once you go on duty - I do that so it doesn't overwrite all of your config files for each update. Default menu key will be F9 for the menu system. If you need to edit any of the items and also the visualizer replacement. Unload lspdfr, make changes and then save it. Then load lspdfr and forceduty and all of your settings will now be there. When I update, all of your settings will be safe for future update.

Use Simple Trainer instead. Menyoo Trainer is a good trainer, but it does not correct the generic dispatcher inside the car. Simple Trainer does with Never Wanted.
