Hey, Blueline, somewhat new to this, so who better to ask than you? Unfortunately, I did not back up my files (I will do that next time). Would I need to wait for RPH, Script hook V, and LSPDFR to update, then reinstall those specific items, or would I need to restart completely? I guess the question I am asking is, once RPH, Script hook V, and LSPDFR update, can I simply drag and drop them in and be good to go, or would I have to restart?

I backed up my files but rockstar games launcher is still asking me to update my game even after replacing the updated files

Yes, you will need to wait on those updates. LSPDFR & RageHook will update probably by tomorrow. ScriptHookV is not needed for LSPDFR technically. However, most of us will need that ScriptHookV to update before we can use most all other mods for LSDPFR like ELS, Trainers and most other mods. Watch this 1 minute video on how to update LSPDFR and RageHook when it gets updated. Paste this video into your browser as it's non clickable due to Patrons silly comment section. https://youtu.be/UWLV0Y0-3JI When ScriptHookV updates, you should be good to go after that. But be sure to watch that video that I mentioned in reference to backing up your files. I have seen Rockstar Update 24 hours after ScriptHookV updates with something small forcing people to wait several more days. This works better if you are on Steam or Epic Games.
