Take out script hook, rename mods folder to something like mods_1 as shown on video. Verify game file integrity (plenty of videos showing how) launch GTA 5 without Ragehook. Make sure your game is 100% updated. Then rename mods_1 folder back to mods. Make sure you have all files that were mentioned in this video - https://www.patreon.com/bluelinevibes/posts/summer-update-160728147 Must have all files. The lspdfr.dll is not all that mandatory but the others are. Replace files and launch. If you want more help drop by our discord. Let the staff know that you are on Steam and that you watched the Patron video over here ahead of time, that way they can tell you were actually prepared.

Yeah I can agree with that plus it would go well with npcai version 3.1. I hope in a few years time when I get a job and have money i can fly over to Texas and meet you in person and maybe I can do some audio recording for your blueline dispatch or something like that. Or even if there are some voice lines i can add for npcai if bro eventually adds actual voice recordings instead of using Gemini cause Gemini sucks.

By the way do you know what NPCAI_API.DLL is cause rageplugin hook couldn't load npcai without it

I will never understand why so many people do not do this. Literally takes just a couple of minutes tops to make a backup of your game

So I'm new to LSPDFR but I did watch a backup video of yours a few weeks ago and copied all the files you said; as well as I have 7 actual game copies saved (different mods) on a backup drive.. When they update Scripthook how does that work? Say I don't play until Scripthook is updated will I just download the latest version and replace it in my main directory and I'll be good to go? Will all my plugins and mods still work too?

For the most part yes. Updated Script Hook will just allow the mods (ELS, Trainer and several other mods) to function on the latest game version. You would just replace it in main game directory. BTW: It has been updated now - Almost the fastest I have seen it update over the past 10 years. Then just wait for LSPDFR & RPH to update (They update together) - Watch the video in description on how to update those without losing your keybinds and other data.

Hello have you tried changing your steam to offline mode? I tried it and it works. im doing it up until all the necessary files are updated in order to play the latest gta5.

This can work on some occasions, but eventually you will get Social Club connection issues in the future.

Yes, SHV is already updated and LSPDFR with RPH will probably update today. Watch that video about LSPDFR & RPH update - linked in description to update those easy, so it doesn't mess up your data and keybinds. Like a 1 minute video.

LSPDFR & RPH will update soon. 9/10 they update before SHV, so probably later today. EDIT: 3 days later and no LSPDFR update. Well this is a first in 10 years.

Yep, and I will stay on my v3788 for several more months. Rockstar will do at least another 3-4 updates before GTA 6 comes out on PC

Script Hook V updated before LSPDFR & RageHook. So maybe you might have to wait for LSPDFR & RPH to update. Shouldn't take long.

LSPDFR and the RAGE Plugin Hook (RPH) require an update to work with this version.

might be your mods folder. Remember you have a different game version in there technically. DLClist will be different than what is outside mods folder. Of course you can manually add those DLCs to match. Pretty sure if you just rename you mods folder and launch GTA 5 - it will probably show your latest game version bottom right if you launch in story mode. Drop by our discord if you need more help.

I guess it's better to have Steam than Epic? Always using Epic but it's hard to backup files and prevent updates

It's pretty much the same to be honest. Sure, you can find videos out there to tell you to do this or that to keep Steam from updating etc. But nah, it will just update anyways.

I have one more question after RageHook and LSPDFR update do I have to update all my files or can I stay on my older saves like I am now? Everything is working just fine; I mainly ask because I use NPCAI etc will these not work anymore if I don't update? (I just started lspdfr like a week before this GTAV update).

If everything is working properly now, and your able to use your current mods, then no reason to update. I plan on staying on my v3788 for the next several months. All mods will still continue to function as normal.

Thank you for the advice. I finally updated today and it worked, but I only did one copy so far LOL! I must say 3586 has been really good to me and I could play for a longtime and never had crash, but version 3586 is almost a year old

Like the old saying - If it ain't broke, don't fix it type of thing. Nothing wrong with staying on an older version. I did that for well over a year 👍
