BlueLine Realism is a next-generation voice dispatch mod for LSPDFR. Hold your PTT (push-to-talk key), speak naturally into the mic, and the radio responds: backup, EMS, fire, tow, air, pursuits, status, and more, without clicking through menus or memorizing rigid command phrases.

How does it work? BLR uses a powerful AI intent-driven system paired with highly accurate speech recognition, so you can say things the way you'd say them on a real shift. Ask for a unit. Clear the scene. Start or end patrol. Call a medevac. Run a plate. Request a supervisor. The mod listens for what you meant, not just a fixed keyword list.

This is radio immersion built for people who want to stay in character.

Players can now have Standard Callsigns like (ADAM, BOY, CHARLES, EDWARD) Or they can use NATO Callsigns (ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE, DELTA)

Plate Check Features - Have dispatch read back the plate in Standard Alpha Numeric / NATO Alpha Numeric or you can choose to Mute the Alpha Numeric and skip all that to just get the plate returns (Stolen, Warrant, Expired, Suspended)

Realistic Warrant return feature - If suspect has a warrant, dispatch will ask if you are "Clear to Copy" - Tell dispatch to stand by, step away from suspect and tell dispatch to go ahead, she will read back suspect warrant.

Callout Interface Compatibility - License Plate info is sent directly to Callout Interface with License plate UI.

Note on language: You can speak to BLR in your preferred language, and the intent system will understand you. Dispatch's spoken responses, however, are always in English, since they're built from a large library of premade voice audio rather than generated on the fly.

BlueLine Realism requires one of the following backup / realism stacks to function:

Stop The Ped + Ultimate Backup: Supported

Policing Redefined: Supported

One of these two stacks is required. BLR is not designed to run on plain LSPDFR without one of them installed.

A legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V (PC)

A microphone for communication between you and dispatch

LSPDFR v0.4.9 (or current LSPDFR release compatible with your game build)

One supported stack: Stop The Ped + Ultimate Backup, or Policing Redefined

An internet connection (required for voice recognition / intent processing)

Free API keys as shown in the install / setup video

Installation, API setup, and configuration are all covered in the video. Follow that for the cleanest first-time experience. Installing for the first time? Your Config is created when you first log on duty. Simply unload LSPDFR (ALT TAB) Enter your API Keys and reload LSPDFR.

BlueLine Realism is NOT compatible with other voice / AI dispatch mods such as:

Nexus Dispatch

Any other voice / AI dispatch mods

Please choose one dispatch system. Running multiple voice-dispatch mods together will cause conflicts.

▶ AIR SWAT

- Added to plugins\LSPDFR\BlueLine_Realism\BLR_UnitSettings\Air- Multi-county support, same setup as AirUnit.xml- Request with "Requesting Air SWAT." Stress "Air SWAT"; if dispatch only hears "SWAT," ground units are sent.- An LZ is created at your location. If no clear LZ is found after 3 attempts, the helicopter may hover.- TIP: Request Air SWAT or Air Medical from an open area clear of poles, cars, and other obstacles.- Clear with "Clear off Air SWAT." Dismisses Air Swat only. The helicopter lands and picks up the team. "Show me Code 4" also triggers pickup. Use an open area, as a hidden LZ is placed for a fast landing.

▶ NOOSE AIR

- Hovers and pursues suspects (does not land).- Press I (D-pad left on controller) to enter targeting. Zoom with mouse scroll or arrow keys (D-pad up/down on controller). Suspects are marked with a white arrow. Tag with right click (A on controller) and the arrow turns red.- Order the shot with phrases like "Take them out," "Green light for shot," or "Take that shot." They will report back, then fire.- On a miss, NOOSE Air moves overhead and drops to 80 ft (configurable down to 20 ft in the NOOSE Air config) for one more attempt.- Shots are mostly fatal headshots, but a limb hit may cause the suspect to flee.- TIP: Works best with suspects in the open. Vehicles, overpasses, and trees greatly reduce success.- Custom sniper audio added (the game engine had no shot sound).- FOR FUN ONLY: "Weapons free" = minigun until the target is down. "Full weapons free" = missiles and minigun.- Clear with "Clear off Noose Air" - Dismisses Noose Air only. If you say "Show me Code 4" or "Clear all units" All units will clear, including Noose Air.

▶ PIT REQUESTS

- Ask dispatch for permission to PIT. BLR Dispatch scans nearby vehicles and peds and replies yes or no.- A well-placed PIT that spins the vehicle a full 360 has a chance to disable it, stall the engine, or start an engine fire. Expect the suspect to flee on foot.

▶ OTHER

- Policing Redefined Code 2 backup with siren fix is not in this build unfortunately. It became too buggy. I'll get this fixed and implemented into the next build. Sorry about that.- Widgets (Status, Clock, Model/Plate) can now be positioned via the menu using arrow keys for X/Y coordinates. Edit Mode drag-to-move still works.

▶ BLR TOWING- Better traffic navigation.- Doors on the towed vehicle close when the tow truck arrives.- Attached trailers are auto-detached and deleted.- Motorcycles and bicycles always use the flatbed.

- Traffic Control radius and speed zone are now set via the menu instead of the config.- Fixed callsigns with dashes (e.g. LIMA-1-2) breaking.- New failed-spikes audio.
