BLR Dispatch v0.9.7 Update - August 24th, 2026 Is Now Available ➡️ HERE

If you are updating - Please download and reinstall full mod as it has several new audio files. Your Configs and API keys are safe and will not be overwritten with new update. Please Read Info below about new update. Head over to our Discord if you need support as I can't troubleshoot in Patron Comments: https://discord.gg/cxVZwSCNew Features

Air Unit Customization (regular air support) Change the helicopter model, livery, uniforms, and per-county spawn-in. Addons work.

FYI: Air SWAT is coming in a near-future update, with some extra goodies and commands!

In-Car Radio Animation While seated in a car and holding PTT, your officer grabs the shoulder mic, which looks great combined with exiting the car while still holding PTT. On-foot radio animation is unchanged.

Microphone Picker New [Audio] section in BlueLine_Realism.ini to help with mic input issues.

Female Backup on Policing Redefined Requesting a female unit now plays the BLR female backup audio. (STP/UB was already correct.)

Unit Settings Folders Cleaner file layout, old files are migrated, not deleted.

Air Held Overhaul Air Held is no longer a separate Status, it now auto-fires alongside Pursuit Engaged and Panic Response without changing your Status. You can still ask dispatch to hold the air anytime (you'll hear the start audio + 30s midair tone). If there's no radio communication for up to 10 real-time minutes while the air is on hold, dispatch will check in. Clear it anytime by saying "Lift the Air."

Note: BlueLine Scanner will get a matching update soon.

Improvements

XML livery numbers now match Ultimate Backup / Policing Redefined (livery="1" = first paint, etc.)

Shipped Air Unit XML uses pax="0" / pax_chance="100" (pilot only, add a passenger if you want)

Callout Response Routing: once you're on scene (GPS pin gone), new backup/EMS/fire come to you instead of the original call pin. En route, they still route to the call. Pursuits still drop a waypoint so units follow the suspect. (If a PR/UB unit is first on scene and the suspect flees, that unit may not engage. This is a PR/UB behavior that BLR Dispatch unfortunately can't control.)

Pursuit Audio: new lines added for authenticity, saying "I'm in pursuit" or "I have a vehicle taking off" may trigger new dispatch audio, including a request for your D.O.T. (Direction of Travel)

Policing Redefined now plays proper audio when requesting a Supervisor (STP/UB already did)

Fixes

Crime Report now fires automatically on pursuit/suspect-fleeing callouts (red minimap triggers without mashing N)

Fixed FPS lag after releasing PTT on dispatch commands (Code 2/3, EMS, Air, etc.)

"Can I get / could I get / can I have" now treated the same as "I need" for transport/unit requests

PTT clicks no longer get recorded into the WAV sent to Groq, which was causing speech recognition to be garbled and dispatch not understanding you.

Will this also fix my car honking endlessly

notdavidb

Sorry I should be more specific, each time I call code 4 using BLR, it makes my car do small little honks for about 10-30 seconds? No clue why, only happens when I call code 4.

Tomster Nation

thank you for all hard work . downloading the update now . will test later

Adam Davies

Thanks again Mike! 10 - 4! Here we gooooo :D

Colt Kaimon

it's your END key, the end callout key is keybinded to END and that's the same as the alarm key

notdavidb

I love you thanks

MIKE WELLS

Mine too. Didn't do it with any other dispatch but BLR but I'll put up with it because it's still a better dispatch.

BlueLine Vibes

Well I think Colt a few comment above yours made a good possibility. Maybe you have your END key associated with your ELS key? Easy fix if that is the case.

Colt Kaimon

Is that how your dispatcher ends the call? It could be how the dispatcher is ending it because I never had this happen before until your dispatcher. I personally just shut it off when it happens because I know what key it is. But it happens evn when not in the vehicle if your vehicle is saved in the F3 trainer.

Tomster Nation

have a little issue , when i go to press dispatch button my game freezes just for a second and audio goes mute i can't hear dispatch or her response . then when finishes talking i get audio back .

Andy V

Best dispatch mod to there is. Period. Thank you

Colt Kaimon

Having some issues with my dispatcher actually picking up what I'm saying after I updated, it's just not actually picking up what I'm saying and I have to say it a bunch of times or a specific exact way when it wasn't doing that before

MickyPD

thank you for fixing & updating LEGEND!

BlueLine Vibes

Try the new Hotfix that I updated last night. Replace your dll file only. See if the Hotfix for the mic helps. If that doesn't work - Head over to our Discord for support: https://discord.gg/cxVZwSC

BlueLine Vibes

Dunno, you are the first person to mention it. Well except for Mike Wells in this comment section.

So I just downloaded the new updated blue line realism but now when I hit my right alt key to talk the dispatch, the audio clicks out for a second or two, and it clicks back in at a lower volume. Can someone help me out?

Kohi Riki

Love this dispatch update brother!! All blessing from New Zealand and GREAT work!!

Thanks Mike I was having some issues with BLR these past few days particularly when I Stage Fire/EMS the icon would not appear on my map but when I tell them to roll in they do come but when I stage them the icon wasn’t appearing I don’t know if it was a mod that I recently put into my game who knows so I’m hoping when I update to 0.9.7 it fixes that issue also looking forward to the in car animation for the radio I was waiting for this one! Nice Work! *UPDATE* It did not fix the issue with the icon not showing up so it’s probably something that has to do with another one of my mods but it’s only a very minor issue Fire and EMS still do respond when I roll them in the icon just will not show prior to doing so but other than that loving the new update I love the car animation with the radio that’s awesome. Keep the updates coming Mike you’re doing great! 😁

Jimmy B

Amazing work. Thank you for taking the time to do all this.

Brian Elster

hey mike. sorry,to bother but i am not getting anywhere on discord page. since updating i am now getting a big lag with dispatch hearing me. 1 min its good then i have to keep repeating before she responds. i checked mic # and have even held down ptt longer as well.

JoeyOnPatrol

Good stuff Mike. You and Doublehook are changing LSPDFR entirely in my opinion!

Darrell Alexander

Will the future update include a crime scene callout

BlueLine Vibes

Be sure to update to the very latest Hotfix for the microphone, it might have been the issue. Just redownload and you only need to replace the dll

BlueLine Vibes

Thanks, ya it probably has something to do with an install that changes your minimap or general map sprite behavior. Only way to test this theory is to do this on a 100% clean game folder with just the vital mods needed (LSPDFR, PR or STP) etc. Not sure if it is worth testing out though.

BlueLine Vibes

I dropped an update last night for a Hotfix on the microphone. Do me a favor and install that dll only and see if it helps. Thanks.

BlueLine Vibes

Unsure if I will tie a callout type to this dispatch mod just yet.

Nel l

Thank you Mike.

Gavin Owen

Love the mod Mike been using it since you released it! I do have a question not related to this specific mod. Is there a way to disable auto on scene/"call ended" after suspect goes down? there's been many times that i had no clue i actually hit the suspect but the call would automatically end the call and put me on scene. Sorry if it doesnt make sense lol been trying to figure this out for awhile.

Mison7300

Awesome work sirr,,

BlueLine Vibes

Do you prefer to go back to receive calls the moment you arrest someone or if the suspect dies? What if you wanted to call for a transport, or do charges? Most players prefer to stay on scene and handle the suspect and complete charges before receiving another call. So, I won't change the auto on scene after a suspect dies or gets arrested. It's more realistic this way and most players do not feel rushed to take another call because the Callout author chose to Code 4 the call.

Gavin Owen

I might’ve typed it out weird sorry was at work. What I meant is for example you start a police chase. Suspect wrecks out and starts shooting. The moment the suspect dies my game puts me on scene automatically and makes that original lspdfr report call/end call audio. and if it was a 686 callout it would add another stat to the pop up. Wanting to make it at real as possible and not auto on scene unless I put myself on scene. It’s not your dispatch mod doing so, it might be callout packs or something to do with an lspdfr ini?

BlueLine Vibes

If you are getting a 686 Callout Stat pop up, that is the 686Callouts ending the callout after the suspect dies or arrested. I wish it would not end the callout like that. There is not setting you can change, that is what the Callout Author intended. Sucks right?

Gavin Owen

Dang that definitely sucks lol. Is there a way to remove the lspdfr report/end call audio? It’s that bass/wave audio? Usually happens when you report a call using the “B” Key.
