BLR Dispatch: Update Incoming

New Features

Air SWATAir SWAT units will land on scene and provide ground firepower support.

NOOSE AirNOOSE Air hovers over the area, snipes identified targets, and disables vehicles when needed.

Policing Redefined: Code 2 BackupCall for backup running lights only, no sirens, for a quieter response.

Request PITScans the surrounding area for pedestrians and civilian vehicles, then gives you a clear Yes or No on whether it's safe to PIT.

Improvements

BLR Towing

Call multiple tow trucks to the same scene

Vehicles with trailers now detach the trailer before being towed

Motorcycles and bicycles now default to a flatbed instead of a hook truck

Callsign FixCallsigns formatted like LIMA-1-2 were not being spoken by dispatch. This has been fixed.

Talk Key: 3 New Voice Commands

Go to Waypoint: Say "Take me to this area" to teleport to your waypoint

Delete Ped: Say "Delete this ped" to remove any ped, dead or alive

Emergency Save Your Ass: Say "Help me" or "I'm about to die" to instantly refill health, armor, and ammo

Had the same aches and pains when trying to get DLSS 5 installed. Several free YT vids were just not cutting it. I am not affiliated and I have to go through the same path as everyone, for now if you want to get things going faster visit the first link. Yep it does cost, but he does guide you better and he has some great presets as I am using them now. Don't try and skip one for the other, I tried that and failed miserably. Best bet is link 1 - pay for the post. Then go to link 2 and pay for a month and cancel if you like. Sucks I know but still the best thing for now. Loving the mod as usual. An idea (if you're open to it) for the future: to build off of the GREAT function of having backup go ahead of you to calls - making it so the backup function pulls directly from your custom/default XMLs for Ultimate Backup (or whatever the other equivalent is), that way you can request specific jurisdictions to help you. As an example, i have 3 separate departments that operate in the Sandy area, and it would be great if I could specifically request the Sheriff's Department to help while I'm playing as Sandy Shores.

Thanks max. As far as the backup function goes, do you mean something that is different than what is already in the mod? I already have a Callout Response Routing feature that sends units ahead on calls.

No no, I'm not saying to change that at all, that feature is great and a total game changer. I'm saying, to build on that, it would be awesome if you could implement a feature that allows you to request specific jurisdiction units. For example, i use Ultimate Backup, and that comes with a ton of different zones you can put specific units in for in your Custom Regions and Default Regions. If you were able to make it so your mod can plug into those xml's (or whatever the equivalent is for backup other than UB) and recognize who you're asking for, and you had the ability to ask "route me a Sandy Unit", "Route me a Paleto unit", etc., in addition to the already existing ability to just ask them for generic code 2 or code 3 backup, that would bring it to an even higher level.
