Rinoa Heartilly being tickled (Patreon)

Rinoa Heartilly (FFVIII) is tickled on her feet soles by two powerful feathers. She would escape but she is tied up and in a stock.

This is a FANART of Rinoa drawn with my technique and style.

If you want more of Rinoa, give the publication a thumbs up, with 20 I will consider making one more image, with 50 I will make a package of 6 images.
