Dia the Dust Bunny (Patreon)

New Year, New Character.

Dia is a character with a bit of a history behind her. Originally my character Alice (the blonde girl with the ponytail who fluctuates between being 5 and 17) had an ambiguously imaginary friend in the form of a humanoid dust bunny creature named Dion. After a bit of thinking, I realized that because she already has a male figure in her life she looks up to (her brother, who I have yet to draw), it would work better if the dust bunny was a girl.

Anyways, even though Alice is the only one who ever sees Dia and it would be easy to write her off as an imaginary friend, there are hints that Dia really exists as some sort of anomaly in the otherwise-grounded setting that Alice lives in. She knows things that Alice doesn't, and will offer helpful advice to her. So is she real? Or is Alice the smart one?
