Comic Development: BAHP – Unfed Desires #3 News & Teasers (Patreon)

Development Begins + Early Teaser Sketches

Production has officially started on BAHP – Unfed Desires Issue #3.

This issue continues Bambi’s strange series of encounters that seem to follow her whenever she finds herself alone in the wilderness surrounding Luminia University.

Something has been changing.

Bambi has started waking up with fragments of sensations she cannot explain — warmth, tingling, and the lingering feeling that something happened the night before… even though she cannot remember it.

Issue #3 begins with Bambi rushing to cheer practice after already running late, taking a shortcut through the park trails to try and save time. What starts as a simple dash through the woods quickly turns into something far more unusual when she hears a heavy, pained sound deeper in the forest.

Curiosity wins over caution.

And the deeper she goes, the harder it becomes to explain the strange pull guiding her forward.

The Hunger Pulse continues to spread quietly through the world — and Bambi may be closer to its influence than she realizes.

Early Development Sketches

Below are three early teaser sketches from the opening sequence of the issue. These rough layouts show the initial pacing and motion of the first pages as Bambi races through the forest toward a path she may regret taking.

These are pre-ink layout boards, meaning the final panels will include:

• refined anatomy• full line art• environment detailing• lighting and tone work

More previews will be shared as the issue progresses through the next stages of production.
