Here is a guide for people trying to view a video that has gone over google's quota. 1. If you have google drive click the drive icon in the top right to add to your drive. If it is folder view you can right click the video then select "Make a Copy" then skip to step 3. 2. From your drive account right click the video and select make a copy, 3. Finally you can download the copied file from your drive account.
