I was at Liberty fall fest with my family in middle school and went on one of those spinning rides with my dad, I was laughing my ass off and he kept spinning the seat as fast as he could next thing I knew I was ditching my skivvies in a porta John bc i shit the shit out of my drawers. Some say the stain remains to this day

I was at one of these when I was little and I saw a kid throw up and the carnival worker just got a bucket of water and washed it away and started the ride to dry it off. Water and throw up was going everywhere

Sizzler is my favorite ride me and my niece rode it over 20 times I feel kind of lucky now

I sat on the outside edge where you get squished by the person on the inside part. Big fat person fractured one of my ribs with the increasing pressure as it sped up. It was not a sudden impact like a punch it was feeling my ribs bend until they snapped.

I get it man preferring a drunk guy harming the kids. I also get how messed up that sounds but- wether it's being intoxicated or outright negligent I side with the drunk person more. I just do. Again NEITHER ARE AN EXCUSE. But a person where there's something wrong with them vs a stone cold sober guy who just doesn't give a fuck about these people who's lives are in their hands. This is a delicate trolly problem but I'd pick drunk asshole who shouldn't have been drinking vs guy who just doesn't care and that's the person he is all the time sober.

McDonalds is a beacon for acceptance for people who've really fucked up in their life and they'll take them in as a worker. I dont know how many times ive seen a guy with the tear drop facial tattoo indicative of taking a humans life working as a cashier at Mcdonalds. I guess it's a hope kinda thing and I deeply appreciate they have a chance to turn shit around. Carnivals though you are actively doing things wrong in your life while presently employed.
