Now that the YouTube side comments went with Meat Street, I can't envision it any other way. Also, I wonder if you could create some call-out props/art from the fear "The Flesh" or "The Corruption" from the Magnus Archives podcast to put somewhere. The imagery that podcast evokes with those domains would really fit right in. Like bugs or flesh behind the wallpaper. Just thinking of more background creepy you could subtly add in.

Keeping with the Meat/Horror theme, you could call the room "The Abattoir" (another word for Slaughterhouse, but sounds better for monetization). It's the room in a house called "Banshee Estate" on a street called "Cronenberg Trail"

This seems kinda twilight zone esque especially if there is going to be monster props from skits and what not, but twilight street makes it sound like its about some vampire werewolf business. My vote for street name would be Hitchhikers street, as the show the hitchhiker is a kind of nod to the twilight zone and the viewers could be "hitchhiking" to the house (channel) in search of some meats (content). Then we walk into the room with Mr. Hunter sitting there beckoning us to come in with cryptic words, and questions in an attempt to lull the viewer into a false sense of security and trust, then pulling up a grotesque slab of alien or monster meat onto the table, that he cuts a generous slice of (not bloody or anything papa needs monetization) the camera then pans closer towards the meat as Mr. Hunter stares directly into our souls with the classic head leaning forward eyes looking up stare, and the video begins whatever it may be. TL;DR-Hitchhiker street with an intro idea. :^ )
