The manager that yelled at Ricky for 5 RECORDED MINUTES in a VERY condescending way just because he went live was actually the guy in the cap that you said looked like an a-hole. 😭😭 I still remember the damage-control live they made him do... at the end of that live he was the closest to tears that I've ever seen him. I'm talking his eyes literally went red and welled up. ☹️ I just hope the managers have become nicer in private now...
