You choosing 3 of my favorites made it so much better! First Masquerade was unbelievable! And idk what you’re talking about “cringe” Mister! That’s probably one of the better “Dracula’s” I’ve heard! Especially for someone who doesn’t have any kind of European accent (which I usually associate with 🧛🏻‍♂️) I think it made it sound very authentic to the theme! ❤️ Second, Fire & Ice for sure had that vibe that if someone made an erotic movie about WWII and I’ve always been so intrigued by it for those reasons! It’s a massive audio & I don’t believe it could’ve been presented any better than how you did it! 😍 And last, My One My Only has always held a special place in my heart because I’m a big “werewolf”/supernatural creatures simp! I’ll just call it like I see it 😂🫣 but I can confidently say this is my Top 3 favorite audios of yours and the sound effects are what draws me to it! It really was perfectly timed howls! So I will also respectfully & politely disagree with your critiquer’s criticism! 😅 I, too, had pictured something VERY similar to what you’d described as what you saw happening! So I think it was very well done and timed out between them! With that being said, I would absolutely say the entire Cinderella Story Series is another one of my ultimate favorites when it comes to sound effects and scapes and how they bring the story to life! You’re a man of many talents and I will definitely say that you have an incredible ear for adding the right things to make someone’s eyes see something that’s not actually physically there! 👏🏻👏🏻 I very much enjoyed this one! I am always interested in then behind the scenes stuff and especially when it’s involving the building of the world itself in which the audio is taking place! So to say that this audio files spoke to me would be an understatement! 😍 Thank you for keeping me company and entertained while I manically cleaned my kitchen at 3:30am on a Friday night/Saturday morning! ❤️ (Holy hell that was a long comment 😵🫣😅😂)

Man, I absolutely love hearing about the behind the scenes from your audios! It kinda makes me appreciate them even more knowing what went into them. Your soundscapes are truly unmatched and they do set the scene so seamlessly that I sometimes I don’t even realize just how much work they must have been. Simply because it all feels so natural! And I mean that as the highest praise possible. And I also found it very interesting to hear that YOU need the soundscapes just as much as us as listeners in order to immerse yourself into the scene. It makes perfect sense though.

Fantastic episode, Hank. I really enjoyed this. I certainly, sincerely appreciate the work and effort you put into the soundscapes to make your audios so realistic. I can hand on heart say that I always feel as though I've been transported into the scene. I can always, always picture the scenes so clearly in my mind so mission accomplished there. 🙌👍 I am a big fan of all three of the audios talked about here and I love how immersive the soundscapes are to your epics. They are never incidental. They never feel like some half assed attempt at setting a scene just to give a vague idea of what's happening. Your soundscapes are like a character in the story in their own right. Front and centre when they need to be or working their magic in the background and always effective. I continue to be blown away by your audios on a regular basis but I remember the first time I listened to My One The Only. It's one of my all time favourite audios with the ending being my favourite part. I agree with you about the timing of the howls. They are perfect. 👌 As I first listened and the second howl joined in, I just remember thinking...Fucking yesss 🙌. I just wanted to fly to Canada to shake your hand right there and then. 😄 It was so cool. And it never loses any of it's impact every time I hear it. I also love that this is a stand alone audio. The ending is filled with so many possibilities and we get to let our imaginations run wild, right where yours left off. I love that. Thank you so much for this insight into your process. It was really interesting to hear how you lay some of the audio first. I guess I just assumed it was all added later but it makes sense that it also helps your get into the scene when recording the dialogue. Just a really all round super interesting and eye opening episode, Hank. Thank you. 🙂🧡

This audiofile edition is a masterclass in soundscapes 👏🏻 and this is why Hank’s audios are unlike any other. There’s a story, a scene, characters and different dynamics. My favorite is the third one, I imagined her getting spooked and then he chased, had to find her and let her know it’s okay so the timing of the howls for me was just right 🐺❤️🐺🎬 Of course Hank with a Transylvanian accent will be lovely to hear in a bedtime story or even just counting 🧛🏻‍♂️🎃 Anything I can do with eyes closed and headphones especially during a migraine attack, sign me up please 🙋🏻‍♀️
