You and I have been friends for quite a while now and I've invited you up to my trailer for the weekend for two reasons.

One, because we could both use a relaxing weekend out of the city and two, because you've always wanted to learn how to drive. So I take you out in my old classic car and you get your first ever lesson on how to drive. You did amazing and there will definitely be more driving this weekend...

Glass Fire

Can’t wait to listen to and Hank you make an excellent driving teacher ❤️🖤🐺

Kacie Elektra ✨

I listened to this once but now I’m going in for a second time because I loved it so much! You definitely have a way with “driving teacher” mode! (I also got a good laugh out of “have you gotten a feel for it? And how big it is?” 😏)

Mindy

I need a Part 2, immediately!

Verity

This reminds me of the time I couldn't get a vehicle to start. It had been a few years since I had learned to drive later in life (an act of rebellion) and having a car to drive, so I put the key in the ignition and the engine didn't turn over. I had been too stressed with work at the time to remember that you have to put your foot on the brake and then turn the key. It would have been nice to have had a reassuring figure back then. :)

Anita

Goodness, it took me 3 attempts to listen to this without falling asleep. 🙈🙈😂 I absolutely loved it though! That’s the kind of driving teacher everyone deserves!! I would LOVE to get a few refresher driving lessons from you because, as it so happens, I haven’t driven a car in over 5 years, so I’d feel almost like a newbie driving one at this point. 🙈 Especially since I got my driver’s license pretty late (at 28). I can’t wait for part 2!! 👀👀

Anita

I hear you! I also had an embarrassing moment as a newbie when my car simply WOULD NOT start when the traffic light turned green. It took another person coming over to help me … just to realize that I had my car still in third gear (stick shift). 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I wanted to disappear into the ground … 🙈🙈😂🤣

Nicole

and then there's me... a 27 year old that has never taken lessons haha!🤣 imma be a bus rider for life at this point i swear to god🤣🤣 amazing audio as always hank, i wonder what will happen in part 2👀🔥

Anita

There’s still time. I didn’t learn how to drive until I was 28. 😉

Verity

Ah man, I tried a few times to learn manual and could never get the switch between pedals right. Had to throw on the hazards and took a few green light cycles before I could correctly get car moving again in first gear!

Verity

Certainly not alone; I was 26 before learning to drive. :D

Nicole

lessons are so expensive now and it's like UGHH😭 and then there's the painstaking thing of saving money for a car and insurance and other adulting crap ahhah

Sarah

Another later learning driver here, I was 23. You get to decide your own timetable or if you even ever want to learn. But, don’t ever feel like you’re past a point of trying something new and learning. For example, I’m 37 & never learned how to ride a bike. 😅 Maybe someday I’ll learn. Maybe someday I’ll find someone patient enough to teach me. 😊

Verity

I'm in my 40s and still can't afford a car! I'm with you on the expense. As for the lessons, I had friends help out - just make sure it's the chill, patient ones. And big, empty parking lots are your friend! :)

Becca

And I thought I had a really cool and relaxed driving teacher.😂 But no, you sounded so calm and chilled. I mean, your voice is perfect for this. I got my driver's license years ago and drive every day, but to relax and to hear that i've done well, I'll definitely listen to it again and again. Hank, thank you very much! ❤️🖤

Susheila

Wish you taught me to drive . Took lessons ,the guy was a jerk so I quit and didn’t drive for a long time .

Hitomi

Actually, I imagined a few days ago “If I were taught how to drive from Hank?”🤣 Coz I'd need a license if I were going to live in the countryside or overseas and just wondered “How would Hank react if I had like that opportunity?” So this was fun! But realistically, you would say F words or every dirty word during a lesson😂 I can live without driving cars and must be safer for others😅 Also able to focus on more scenery if not sitting in the driver's seat and sometimes imagine "sitting in the passenger seat at night and falling asleep"☺ So I guess I won't be having the same experience with her for now after all, but enjoyed Hank being on the angel side unlike what I had imagined!😄

Heidi

I've been driving for nearly 19 years at this point and I frequently forget that my car's in second or third gear and wonder why it struggles to pull off at the lights 🤦🏻‍♀️😅

Heidi

Hank, I would much rather have had you teaching me to drive than my first driving instructor, who, on one of my lessons, thought it would be hilarious to do a very good impression of a train horn as I drove across the train tracks 😬😂 This was very sweet and I look forward to part 2! 💛

M.E.O.W

Giving my crush driving lessons right now actually. Maybe this is a sign?!?!?!? 🤞🤞🤞

tiny_tonyyy

as someone who’s terrified to learn to drive, i love this🩵

Elena

As someone who STILL doesn't know how to drive, If I ever get my licence I'll go back to this audio. I want someone to be so enthusiastically proud of me 🩷.

eRobin

Thanks to this audio, I now don't know which I'd rather do - imagine great sex or imagine a man saying something nice about the way I drive. It's too close to call.+
