Aloha from Hawaii Nei! I have been a listener for a minute now and dont really know how all of these chats and things work BUT....i always wondered if u could or would ever make an audio about a Polynesian girl u met or something of the sort idk lol. Figured i'd leave it here since im not tryna be a weirdo and dm u or something but i've never heard anything like that before let alone for our Polynesian gurlies! I could throw u ideas since i live here and i know a lot about this place as a Hawaiian Gurl. Either way if u ever do or not, thank you for your work..& ur voice. i hope all is well with you :) Also, Please do not read this message as me tryna be forceful or anything😭...im pretty new to all of this and didnt know how to ask or propose this to you😅

Becca

Geez, there's a lot going on in your life. You're really lucky your window wasn't broken!! Don't stress, we know that you will always deliver your audios on time and if it takes that´s totally okay! The wait will always be worth it!! But it's nice that you got in touch, I really like your What's Hank doing posts!!🥰😍 See you in a bit at the hangout!😏

Glass Fire

It’s totally okay, just take the time you need ❤️🖤🐺

Ah, the plumbing adventures. I know there are houses older than mine, but my 1940 home needs work. Plumbing, electrical, cosmetic (I have a few thoughts). I adore vintage and antique and I want to make sure small things I do around the house reflect that aesthetic. However, vintage plumbing and electrical work needs to go! But the cost!! I'm just living in a tinder box at the moment. And funnily enough, when I replaced the medicine cabinet in the bathroom I discovered lots of razor blades in the walls. Apparently, older medicine cabinets have a slot in the back and men would dispose of their blades by simply dropping them through the slot and letting them fall. If my house ever explodes there will be flying blades so the neighbors better beware. 😂 But yes, redoing the bathroom was a project. As far as the window, would that be something your landlord would cover? I would think it would fall on substandard product (for example) and not wear and tear. Anyway, I'm glad you Gorilla taped it for the time being. We can't have cold air coming in! Between windows, plumbing, car repairs, and falling on the purchase button (and I hope your ok after that fall) you've been quite busy! Don't forget to take time to relax and enjoy life, and the furry little guys. 🐈‍⬛🎸🚘🚿🪟 (There's an emoji for that!) 😂♥️

Omg!! that's crazy!! So many things has happened at the same time!! 😳😵‍💫 I'm glad everything is ok now ❤️ I'm excited about your new studio and also about the new line of merch 😍 Thank you for sharing this with us Hank 💋❤️

Sarah

Ohhhh no! 😩😩🤪🤪 Good grief, Hank! You’ve been busy! And arguably, not the good kind of busy. My house is very old and needs tons of work as well, so I feel you. There was one day when I went to take a shower. Turned on the faucet, pulled the shower diverter and, yoink, out came the whole diverter. 🤪🤪 There I was, bare naked with three golden retrievers around my feet going, “Shit! Shit! Shit” & trying to put it back in. 😂😂 Luckily I was successful but sheeesh. 😅 I’m glad that everything is temporarily settled and you’re excited about the studio and merch. I cannot wait for the studio to shape up. That’s really exciting! And here I was hoping that you were taking some well deserved time off. I should have known better. 😏😂 You take care, Hank! You’re important too. ♡

Verity

Thank goodness the koto is still in the box (I hope), protected from the weather and renovation! May it be smooth sailing going forward. :)

I think he said at one point that he purposely keeps any kind of physical attributes out of his audios so that everyone can put themselves in the listener’s shoes regardless of their ethnicity, stature etc. Also, welcome to the fam! 🥳🌸

Anita

Holy shit!! That’s a lot of stuff that happened! 😵‍💫 But luckily some fun adventures, too. And you’re right, it’s very satisfying to be able to fix stuff around the house. 💪🛠️ I’m really looking forward to all the shenanigans to come!! But please also take some time for yourself. 😘

Spooky Lyns (Lynsey)

Sheesh Hank! So many random shenanigans! 😯 Time to put your feet up and have a break. 😌 Don't worry about the audios. Just recalibrate first and take some time to yourself. 🧡

Haru ♡

That explains a lot of things... 😗

Ohhh i see i see. Thank you for that & for the welcome ☺️ lol i'm guessing he says that in one of his AMA's which i haven't even gotten through a quarter of them😅 But thank u cuz now that i think about it...that makes sense💀 Have an amazing day, Aloha! 🌺

Fizzywoo

Life happens and we gotta deal with what comes our way. But like Anita said, take some time for yourself too. ❤️ And from the Karate Kid - Breathe in, breathe out. Wax on, wax off. 😌😊🧘‍♂️

melissa

im glad to hear from you and im glad you’re doing well hank 🥹 YOU take care of yourself pls, we luv u sm!! can’t wait for your upcoming audios and merch and everything!! ❤️‍🩹

Shiva

Wow, it’s amazing how many unexpected things can pop up for one person in such a short time🤭. I'm so glad you handled it all, Hank🤭🫡🤗.

Bee

I always imagine your landlord is a Labrador and tilts his head when you tell him something is broken. 🐶 🤭 Glad you caught the widow fix on time and hopefully get it replaced in the better weather. 🪟 I always like to try and fix stuff myself as I dislike having workmen in, although I always provide tea on demand. 🫖

Rushira

accidentally bought another guitar huh😑

This is why I love having a family of tradesmen. My dad is an electrician, my step brother is a carpenter and my uncle is a plumber lol

L. Kane

Not "slipped and fell on the buy now button". LMAO! I have those moments as well. It's okay. It happens to us all.
