Yesterday, I participated in a 5 km race, without preparation, just trying to beat my mark from 5 years ago. I started to feel nervous when I was at the finish line, I didn't have music on hand, so I used this audio to accompany me on my way. I beat my time by 15 minutes, and I think it was because I felt like I had a friend who was just encouraging me and trying to distract me (with naughty comments) from the fatigue I was accumulating. Thank you, Hank, for running with me even if you really didn't.

I don’t mind doing the dishes and I don’t mind doing the laundry but for some reason putting the dishes and clean clothes away oyyy 🙄🙄😂😂

Well I LOVE (LONG) AMAs 😅💕 I never felt bored or tired while listening to them you know... I wish I could change your mind about it, but it's ok~ I'll respect your decision~ 😊 Thank you for another cool AMA audio Hank~💋❤️

Belle

OOF just finished listening and so glad you answered my question 🫶🏻 I'll definitely listen the previous AMAs to learn more about your perspective on energy and universe ✨ thank you Hank!

Anita

Hank you made me tear up! 😥 I would choose to talk with my mother too because I haven't seen her in a long time and I miss her and it would be great to catch up. And maybe get a hug or two. Also, "Don't feel green or small or less. Everyone learns at their own pace." This can be applied to a lot of things. It's a struggle sometimes but thank you for reminding us. I really needed to hear it.❤

I've finished listening and I'm glad you answered my question. I will of course be sure to listen to your previous AMAs to learn more about you. Thank you )

Thank you for all of your answers Hank. I particularly enjoyed hearing your thoughts on energy, because they mirror the scientific law of the Conservation of Energy that says there's a finite amount of energy in the universe. And so, it can neither be created or destroyed. It merely changes into another form. I very much like the idea that nothing truly disappears forever. We may no longer be able to see or touch something (including a person), but their energy, their essence is never really gone. It simply changed into another form. I think that's a beautiful thing! It reminds me of my favorite Carl Sagan quote, "The cosmos is within us. We are made of star stuff. We are a way for the universe to know itself."

Great AMA! I said “therapeutic” out loud before you said it because I also think doing dishes are therapeutic! I like to do my friend’s dishes in their apartment lol. Thanks for answering these 😊

I have never had an AMA get me so damn hot & bothered. *pinned down, thrown around…* 🥴🤤🫠 And then the descriptions of what certain things mean & how much you enjoy them. 🔥🥵❤️‍🔥🔥🥵❤️‍🔥 Wow! Honestly, it was just as thought provoking & touching as well. ALWAYS, always appreciate your honesty and perspective. As ever & always, thank you Hank. 💕

Thank you for answering my question. The response did indeed make sense and happy to hear that learning/soul growth isn't dead, though knowing how much heart, soul and improvement you have made to your audios over the years, I am not surprised this extends to the rest of life as well. Can't say I wasn't a tiny bit disappointed that a lifetime subscription to the world of cheese didn't make the cut but I guess that's the way the feta crumbles! ;D Always a pleasure to listen, whether 2 hours, 20 questions, quick rambles or silent jam sessions.
