I could listen to part of it.. I had to stop it because I have to sleep one more hour or less and then start getting ready to go to work, it's the first day... I'll listen to this audio after I come home.. I found a temporary job for a month in two companies... The problem is that I have to work 10 hours per day.. also I have to wast another two additional hours for going there and coming back home.. I think ”The Right Words At The Right Time” is similar to this audio, and when I first heard it I kept listening to it for a while because I tended to overfocus like the girl in this audio... But I forgot to listen to it at some point. And I forget to rest in the end. But this is going to be my new favorite relaxing audio because it's sweet and has lots of nature soundsπŸ₯°
